It would save us a lot of time if we could put our signature on estimates as an image. That way a customer can print it, sign it and mail it to us with a check. It would also be nice if we could have them digitally sign the estimate, especially for customers paying by credit card. That way everything is contained within JobNimbus.7 votes
If you’re in the field, you can already get estimates signed using the 2.0 version of our mobile app. No setup is required, just open the estimate PDF from the app and use the option to “Add Signature”.
You can get a signature on estimates using our Document Builder, but it’s an old system and will be replaced when we get a better signature system built into the web platform. Stay tuned for that!
Currently items under products and services have three quantities, Cost, markup and price. It would be awesome to have: material cost, material cost markup, labor cost, labor cost markup and a final price. And on the estimate have those two extra columns as well with totals at the bottom.
Having this feature would allow us to track labor cost and material cost per job with out having to jump through a lot of calculation hoops to get there.9 votes
We use our Work Order's as the contract with the SubContractors with terms and conditions for their scope of work. Having a contractor digital signature line would make that easier.14 votes
We’ll have something to announce for this coming soon. Stay tuned!
It would be nice to send a statement of all the invoices that are outstanding with a particular client, instead of having to send multiple invoices.21 votes
We have a few users that need this feature as well. It’s on our radar and we plan to get to it mid next year.
Sorry about the wait, but we’ll try to get it in as soon as we can!
Currently, If you convert and Estimate into an Invoice, you cannot update the same invoice if you have to revise the Estimate ( you have to generate a new invoice or update your existing invoice manually). This creates a problem if you revise the Invoice but then need to convert it into a work order, which you can only do from an estimate.
I suggest the option to update an invoice using an existing estimate (like how you can choose and estimate when generating a work order)
AND/OR to have the ability to convert an invoice into a work order5 votes
This is already on our list! We don’t have a date to announce at this time, but we’ll update here as we get closer.
