Export attachments

Contact/Job photos inserted by template fields.
It would be greate to be able to have a way to have a blank space in a document that we can insert a photo from that specific client instead of having a photo as an attachment.
For instance, if I wanted to do a proposal but wanted to have a cover page that showed the front of their house. It's a photo that would change on each document created.

I just spent an hour working on details months in the making in a document and when I clicked save it said session timed out and had to reload. All was lost. What you have done with Documents over the last few months is **** and it has been screwing our company big time. I can't understand why your teams are working on projects that make no sense when there are tons of other great projects, like so many users spend time posting on these feedback forms, need to be done! Stop moving my main page when I click on a document
Every time I open a document, my main screen defaults to somewhere else so I have to scroll all the way back up/down to open the next document. This is unacceptable

Stop having JobNimbus automatically resend documents for e-signature.
I have customers who cancel, yet JobNibus keeps on sending them their documents to sign. I can't delete the document because once it's sent for e-signature it's locked.

How can I enter photos/emails/documents into a client's JobNimbus file that do not come in through the JobNimbus App. At the moment I have to highlight them, save them in a word format, then open the client's JobNimbus file and upload the file. That's messy. Is there/can a way be developed to do that in a simple way. For example, an email comes in from a sub-contractor with a quote. I have to go through the process above. Help

Manual entry of signed contract and a place to show the date signed
With the new Required Signatures, and no longer needing to create a document for the signatures....there doesn't seem to be an option to manually put in a signature date for those that print their estimate proposal out and return it to us with a physical signature, rather than a digital signature. There is also no longer a field that shows us the date the estimate was signed like there used to be on the activity page under the documents.
Can a field showing the date the estimate was signed be added back in somewhere?

-Make scroll bar bigger. It is so tiny I end up grabbing a customer instead or its just difficult to grab to scroll side to side because it is so little.
