  1. Generate Photo Reports Like CompanyCam

    We need a feature that allows us to generate photo reports with the pictures in our job files that's similar to CompanyCam's. We can already select multiple photos while in a job, now we just need an option to create a photo report. It doesn't need to be anything crazy or extensive either. Just something that allows you to edit the title, section headings, and add brief descriptions to each picture you include.

  4. The ability to automatically send an updated invoice or receipt to a client when a payment is made.

    It would be nice to have the ability to automatically send an updated invoice or receipt to a client when a payment is made. Also, the option to be able to include documents into an automation.
    Ex. When a client makes a payment, send invoice to their email.
    Ex. When a client moves to paid & closed, send document- warranty.

  5. Color Names on Text Color Picker in Templates

    I would like to be able to edit the colors in email templates easier. It's difficult to edit the colors via the HTML, but I struggle to distinguish between what is blue and what is purple on the text color picker. It would be helpful if the colors had a name when hovering over them so I could tell what they are.

  6. Hide Templates

    I would like to be able to 'hide' templates so that they do not show up as an option when creating a doc/estimate/etc. I don't want to delete them in case I decide to start using them again in the future, but I don't want a bunch in the drop-down menu that i'm not currently using.

  11. Purchase Order #'s

    In the invoice template, there needs to be a hard coding to add a PO# or Reference # on the top next to the Invoice #. The alternative is typing out the PO# in the customer notes, however this is not widely excepted with our corporate clients and leads to documents being rejected.

  12. Estimate Line Item Custom Fields in a Document

    Can we add a custom field for adding line items within a document? I don't want to include the entire estimate, but I want to be able to type in line items with a description and a price, just like we would if we were creating an estimate. I want these fields to populate when creating the document so we can type in the description and price and have it look presentable to the customer. I am currently manually doing this, and the spacing doesn't look great and its time consuming to try to align everything.

  13. Postponed Appointments

    When an appointment has been set and needs to be postponed, there should be a "custom" selection where I can put in the new date and time. Currently I have to postpone the appointment, then create a new appointment.

  14. photo information download attach

    Photos should retain metadata when downloaded. When you download your photos they are given a random name and do not contain useful metadata about the photo, such as the date the photo was taken or the location of the photo.

  15. File size issues

    The file size restrictions of 100mb are very inconvenient when you have a large set of architectural drawings to upload. I have sets of drawings that i am breaking up by subsection already (arch, struct, elect, plumbing) that are STILL too large to upload at the 100mb. Even zipping the file is not helping. Some of the drawings sets are hundreds of pages and to have to break them out into separate documents is cumbersome and will be confusing when looking for something in the documents tab (especially that there is no sub-files to separate them into).

  16. More Form Template Fields

    We currently have an automation set up to send an email to the admin team and owners whenever a form is completed. I need a way to show the name of the form that was completed and the name of the person who submitted it.

  17. Downloadable Forms with Photos

    Downloading forms with a lot of photos will cut the photos in half between page breaks, and leave a few blank pages at the end without showing all of the photos. Can this be resolved?

  18. Template and documents

    I would like a better way to organize email templates and documents so we don't have to spend so much time scrolling to find what we need. We should be able to organize them into catagories and sub catagories such as Sales Follow Up emails, Scheduling Emails, Post Sale Emails, etc.

  20. STATUS SORT FOR WORK ORDER

    IT WOULD BE AMAZING TO SORT STATUS (I.E. OPEN, CLOSED, ETC.) IN THE WORK ORDER SECTION OF THE WEB AND MOBILE APP.
