Allow us to edit forms that have already been submitted and delete old forms from jobs
We need to be able to access forms from a desktop as well as be able to edit forms that have already been submit in case of error or mistake or something changing.

Notifications for When Document is Digitally Signed.
An option for others besides the signees to be notified when a document is fully signed. There is a similar feature for estimates via an automation, which currently cant be created for documents.

Ability to delete or hide company documents that are associated with active records.
Right now you get an error if you try to delete a document if it's been used in an email. We should be able to delete or hide those if they are outdated.

Document Status changes with signature status
There used to be a "Signed" status for documents, but now that's gone and the signature status column seems to have replaced it. The problem is that the signature status can be fully signed, while the document status remains as a draft. I think the document status should relate to the signature status, or the document status should be removed altogether.

Be able to upload a document and make notes/tag people at the same time
We want the ability to upload a document, and be able to make a not and tag people at same time.... not have to load and go out and search job or contact and go back in and make a note.

Ability to print signature requested doc
Currently when sending a document requesting signature, recipients do not have the option to print the document or download it to review before signing. It would be convenient to include this to make business easier for clients.

Upload Fillable PDF's (i.e custom contracts, change orders etc) to Document Templates
Which would then allow our custom documents to be sent out for e-signature.

Make uploaded docs be automatically marked as private.
Have an option in settings to automatically mark uploaded documents as, private. Currently, this is done manually by have to make sure the box is selected.

Verify you want to send a non-financial document before sending
When clicking to edit a document under a contact, the 'edit' button and the 'Email document' button are right next to each other. We had an issue where our mouse skipped and it accidentally sent an inaccurate document to our contact.
There needs to be a 'are you sure you want to send this document' popup to allow us to accept or deny the sending of that document.

Option to selected signed with agreements
With one of your upgrades you removed the option to change the status of an agreement to "Fully Signed". There are still many people that do not have the ability to electronically sign or want to wet sign an agreement. When we up load the agreement we can not indicate the agreement is signed under document status.

Have a way to search for the Contact/Job that a Company Document is related to.
Have a way to search for the Contact/Job that a Company Document is related to. So that we can be able to delete the document.

Folder creation from Job/contact documents
Creating folders within the documents tab of a record could be helpful to locate certain documents faster.

More edit options for documents
I would like to be able to have more edit options for documents created in JobNimbus. Like have a landscape view option and also provide more framing options to make a document look more aesthetically pleasing.

Organize Documents
It would be nice if there was a way to alphabetize Documents or have a folder option. Currently, the most recent document uploaded is on top and you have to search through pages and pages to find a document that might have been uploaded 2 months ago. Alternatively, if they could be dropped into folders that would be another organizational tool. Ideally, we want to store all our job-related docs in JN but right now are using SharePoint as a back-up where docs can be alpha and organized into folders.

Ability to layout a page similar to MS Word function
I hope I'd be able to edit a document as it's shown on paper. I find it hard to format the document without seeing the content on the paper size itself. It seems like JobNimbus does all the formatting at this time.
If there could be an option to see and change the paper size, that would be great as well.

Notifications to sender on signature documents
Customer wants a notification for the sender when just her customer is required to sign a document with the new signature feature.

Please move the "Create Document" button up above the Template Content Window.
It is easy to miss this button because it's way down below.

I'm so ****** right now
I just spent an hour working on details months in the making in a document and when I clicked save it said session timed out and had to reload. All was lost. What you have done with Documents over the last few months is **** and it has been screwing our company big time. I can't understand why your teams are working on projects that make no sense when there are tons of other great projects, like so many users spend time posting on these feedback forms, need to be done! Open two documents at once
I need to be able to open two documents in a file at the same time. When check on the status of an insurance claim, I need to be able to open the scope front the insurance company, as well as my supplement/estimate that I have submited. I need to be able to open two documents at once. I am pulling my hair out because you don't allow me to do this.
