How can I enter photos/emails/documents into a client's JobNimbus file that do not come in through the JobNimbus App. At the moment I have to highlight them, save them in a word format, then open the client's JobNimbus file and upload the file. That's messy. Is there/can a way be developed to do that in a simple way. For example, an email comes in from a sub-contractor with a quote. I have to go through the process above. Help

-Make scroll bar bigger. It is so tiny I end up grabbing a customer instead or its just difficult to grab to scroll side to side because it is so little.

Stop moving my main page when I click on a document
Every time I open a document, my main screen defaults to somewhere else so I have to scroll all the way back up/down to open the next document. This is unacceptable

Download All Unique IDs
Please make the unique ID (the random letters and numbers) generated and added to the end of the file name when download all the photos more professional.

Add "select all" when creating a photo sheet from a template so we don't have to select 40+ photos one-by-one
The problem is that when you create a photo sheet from a template, you have currently have to select all photos you want in the photo sheet one-by-one. That is okay for a few photos but not when you want to select all 50+.

Manual entry of signed contract and a place to show the date signed
With the new Required Signatures, and no longer needing to create a document for the signatures....there doesn't seem to be an option to manually put in a signature date for those that print their estimate proposal out and return it to us with a physical signature, rather than a digital signature. There is also no longer a field that shows us the date the estimate was signed like there used to be on the activity page under the documents.
Can a field showing the date the estimate was signed be added back in somewhere?

Multiple photo issues after update
- Photo viewing not working on iPad Pro. The pictures do not load full screen, they only load in the side view one at a time.
- You cannot scroll through pictures on iPhone or iPad (not working entirely on iPad), you have to click one at a time and close out of each individual picture. This is very cumbersome and breaks the flow of client meetings.
- Multiple photo batch uploading from camera roll in the field not working. This results in not being able to review photos with JN with the client on site.

Track COIs - Vendor/Contractors Certificates of Insurance
Tracking subs COIs, Certificates of Insurance, is a timely, but necessary part of contracting. It would be incredibly helpful to have this an option for all of us. I know that other CRMs allow for it.

Edit attachments to notes on a job
After saving a note with an attachment, it would be helpful to be able to go back and edit or delete the attachment without deleting the whole note and re-doing the whole thing.
