Better E-Signature Support (actual signature rather than typed, multiple signatures)
The signature that is placed on our documents when they are signed through email is too simple of a typeset. It makes it look faked. Is there any way to change the font?
We use templates to send contracts to our subcontractor's. If I use the "signature" built-in field, the only option is the Job's primary contact, not the subcontractor, unless they are a paying team member, which our subcontractor's are not.

I hate that the only way to email a contract document for signature is directly from the document. We use this emailed link-to-sign feature all the time, but we almost always want to send the link along with other relevant information to our customer.
What I need is the ability to create an email, and either have the ability to include a signature hyperlink for a document, or attach that contract document in a way that the customer can sign it online.
As the system is now, you first have to send the contract document as an email, which creates the link. But I want the link or it's equivalent available without needing to send that contract document specifically. -

We need this too! We send out subcontract documents and need to be able to see that its actually been signed and who by. Fields for the actual signature (finger signing?), printed name and the company would be ideal. As well as being able to have additional signatures for 2 or more of our company directors to sign as well.
Also, it would be good for a column under the job to see who has signed that document, as at current it just says the date and 'web' or 'manual' and once it is signed you cannot see any differences to the documents.
It would also be a lot better to be able to choose, before generating the document, who needs to sign it. So that it doesn't auto generate for the lead contact on a job.

We need a more realistic signature when our clients sign our contract template. The contract is then submitted to Insurance Companies on behalf of our clients and they look for a signature as well as their printed name but most importantly they need to see a signature not just their typed printed name.

Right now it is cumbersome for a sub to finger sign or digitally sign a contract issued to their company.
It would be nice to be able to assign a sub a work order, create a sub contract document in the customer file and e-mail the sub the contract document with work order attached for signature from the contact file.
To have the same capability for finger signing as well.
