Set Attachment Category based on certain keywords appearing in filename
I'd like to be able to set up automation to search for new/modified attachments with a condition of containing or not containing the character string (ex. "invoice"). Then be able to choose to change the attachment type (to "acct dept" for example).
This would benefit us because when we forward an email with an attachment, the attachment automatically gets saved to JN but not in the correct type for what we need. This would allow us to automate specific types of attachments such as invoices, purchase orders, etc.
Because titles may not be limited to an exact string but may contain part of a string, the search would need to be flexible. Ex. Searching for attachments containing the string "invoice" (not case sensitive) would include this file as a true value in the search: Invoice56789Company.pdf
