Some of our documents require more than one signature. As a work around we have created duplicate documents with alterations. Is it possible to have more than 1 signature on a document? Is it also possible to have a sales rep signature line added?
This functionality is now available in the product. You can add it from templates in settings or create a one off document from the job or contact.

Yes I'd like to be able to type in any email and type in any name and send it to anyone. Sometimes the name on the file is a property manager or kid of the actual property owner and while the property manager may be the point of contact, we still need the actual homeowners signature.

Yes, definitely need this. We have several documents that need signatures on at least one page, if not more. Also some needing initials on each page and then signatures on others.
