Forms Cover Page
I would like the forms to have a cover page with our logo and the homeowner's information so they look nice when sent out.

Im currently working on something very similar. We designed a few coverletters/ explainers that we attach to a document. The only thing that sucks is the document cannot be attached from the company documetns where they are currently stored. We need to download them then add them to the cleints documents in order to attach. Its a pain but we love the way they look. The attached is a rough draft and still need to iron out the flaws within the actual document
