Trouble Entering Contact Information
When creating a new job and attempting to add a contact (or just by trying to add a contact without a job) all information is wiped after pressing "enter" and the page reloads with this error message:
"Please enter or choose a status."
I cannot select a status - there is no dropdown menu and it remains blank. Is this normal? Must a status be set up and chosen for every contact?

Edit labels assigned to Documents
It would be great if I could manage the labels / classifications applied to the documents.Similar in nature to the way Contacts and Jobs are labeled and classified using the Settings tab in the green title bar.

Great suggestion! And apparently great minds think alike – this has already been built and will be in our 1.9 release that should come out in the next 2-3 weeks. We’ve also combined the “Documents” and “Photos” tabs into a single “Attachments” tab and included attachment support for Contacts as well. -
Editing Job Primary Contact
I noticed when changing a primary contact in a Job that has already been created. You click on the settings wheel to edit who the primary contact is and a box appears but won't visually respond to clicking "Make Primary" although when you return to the Job Screen after you finishing making the edits. It will update the primary contact.

Every company have their on way to categories the type of contact, Lead Source, etc.1 vote -
when adding a new job...
Would like for job name to query the contact list data for easy import when appending data already stored in contact list. Would like for the insurance company list box to pull data from contact list also. This will allow us to populate the fields we need much quicker.

Contact List comments
1.Can you please add a field for a cell phone and a fax number. 2.Also can the view list the Company name also for sorting on either company name and/or last name.

We’ve added fields for work, mobile and fax.
We’ve also added Company as a column to the contact list.
Don’t forget to use the search bar at the top when you’re looking for something in JobNimbus – it’s generally much faster and more accurate when trying to find something.

Multiple people on a single task
Is there a way to add multiple contacts onto a single task/email notification? That would be huge time saver.

I wish I could import my contact lists from places like sales genie or my own lists.
