    Would be great to have a "Quick Filter" on the jobs and contacts screen so that it's easier to filter down by any active column that is on the current view.

  4. Allow contacts to be added to lists based on a contact field.

    You could create a board with a list that populated based on a contact field instead of the “status”, This would let you create a “SUB WORKFLOW” for different departments that all need to keep track of different stages of the contact.

    For roofing, you could track the normal production progress on one board and have another that could track the stages of the supplement process. You could even have another for the collections process.

  7. Drag cards to re order them

    It would be helpful to be able to click and drag the job/contact cards in the board to quickly re arrange the order vs having to go into setting and using the sorting filter.

  11. Change aesthetics of the new boards

    Change the aesthetics of the new boards so that (1) more columns can be seen on the screen at a time (reducing or preventing the need to scroll to the right), and (2) so that more contact/job cards appear in each column (reducing or preventing the need to scroll down), and (3) increase the number of visible characters for the column names displayed at the top of each column (so that we can see the full name and not just an abbreviated portion of the column name).

  12. Increase or remove limit for custom field.

    Customer would like to have unlimited custom fields. A lot of the information they collect is based on custom fields. And he would also like to have a print option on custom reports since most of the information that he reports off of are from the custom fields and needs to print the report. He can download CSV or Excel but it takes time to clean the file.

  19. Sales Pipeline- retro actively remove contacts if they are moved to lost status.

    If a contact is entered into a status with sold stage it reports on the sales pipeline. However, if that contact cancelled and no longer will install with company, they move it to lost status. However, the contact is still left lingering on the dashboard of the sales pipeline. Cannot remove it and would be nice if we could.

  20. Creating a new job inherits the contact's company location

    When creating a new job under a contact on the mobile app, the location of the job should inherit the contact's location. Instead, it is defaulting to the first location on the list.
