  1. Make customer addresses have a clickable link to a map

    It would be awesome if you could click on the customers address and be able to see their location through either google maps, bing or any Navigation Software.

  2. Turn off drop downs/pop ups in new contacts

    When I am creating a NEW customer the drop downs/pop ups get in the way. Nothing I have entered before apply to NEW customers. We just got 300+ calls in a week and that slowed us down so much. When adding additional contacts I use duplicate and make changes. This works great. We tried turning off pop ups in web browser but that did not change the long pop up/drop down that gets in the way when you start to type a name or address or email.

  3. Pinning notes- Document when a contact file is opened.

    A feature within JN that “pins” a note to the top of a Job/Contact file each time that contact file is opened

  5. Create contact from job

    Occasionally a sales rep gets excited to create a job. They enter all the contact details however, they do not create the Contact. Can the Contact be created from the Job details automatically so that we do not have to Add Contact and manually enter all the contact details. If not automatically, have the Contact form auto-populate with the contact information when the Add Contact is selected.

  7. Merged data in Contact/Jobs

    Intake, Contact & jobs should be combined data. Not entering the same information multiple times. When a contact comes up all the information is listed and jobs are listed underneath with the email and job nimbus correspondence. Multiple pages are not necessary and require additional work for the rep.

  8. Create/Allow Custom Creation of Tabs Adjacent to Work Orders tab. (See Photo)

    Devs/Forum Admin: In many different iterations, this issue has been raised by other users. I'd like to propose a solution to solve all the different feedback proposed in regards to this meta-issue. I'll link to similar feedback below.   10. Enable entry of customers with the same name and not have to modify

    We live in an area where many people have the same name. This creates a lot of difficulty for us when creating a new contact. We have to modify and it causes reporting issues for us. It would be great to have an "override" button for these customers.

  11. Improve flow of setting up job/contact

    Intuitive flow on setting up a contact and jobs. 1. You have two tabs for adding contacts on the contact page. If the correct one is not chosen they will not connect to original intake and not appear on the sales funnel. Your training description read choose upper right corner. They are both in the upper right corner. This is extremely confusing and causes a great deal of problems as the jobs and followup move forward. 2. There needs to an ability to delete as well as add product. That is not in your guide. Your user guide is NOT…

  12. added subcontractor not updating quickly

    I add a new subcontractor as a contact and categorize them as a subcontractor. When trying to create a work order it takes an unusually long amount of time for that newly added sub to populate in the drop down list. Oddly, they are immediately available to be added as a related contact to the job, but not as a subcontractor. Even after refreshing screens they still do not populate on the dropdown list. Why is this not immediately available?

  13. Bug w/ ‘Change Status’ dropdown menu on iPad browser version.

    I use my iPad quite a bit on the browser so I can still see Board view in the field. When I enter contact from the board and attempt to try to change the status of a contact from within the ... button, the list of statuses disappears shortly after opening. The workaround for now is I have to make sure I don’t lift my finger from the screen while I find the status I need to click. If I lift my finger from the screen, the list disappears.

  15. Adding additional contact fields

    I very often have clients with multiple emails and contact information. Who doesn't have more than one email? I also have clients with multiple properties and one property is normally the billing address. We may be working on a different address for the property but need to send info to the billing address. I also have a couple clients that like to involve other family members for information. In one instance I am working on a daughters house and dad is the contact but not the owner. I have another with an elderly woman and I go through her daughter…

  18. A way to map or autopopulate data from custom contact fields to jobs

    I'd like to be able to autopopulate the data entered into custom contact fields to the same custom fields for jobs. If there could be a setting to allow the fields to be mapped or to transfer the data over that would be very helpful.

  19. Exporting Contacts

    When exporting to csv file, the csv files uploads to excel with the full address in one column. Would like ability to download csv file so that when it is uploaded the street, city and zip are all in different columns.

  20. Subcontractor contact list - see important documents quickly

    One feature I liked in coconstruct is their subcontractor's contact list including a place where I can upload their W9, insurance documents etc and assign expiration dates. So every time I look at the subcontractor's contact list I can see right away if one of these documents has expired. They also give the option of loading other documents this way.
