Multiple (automatic) Default Assignee when creating a contact/job
When you create a Contact or Job the Default assignee is the user. If you want to add more than one assignee, you have to manually do so. Logo would like it to automatically have that section add more than one default user.

"Related contact" vs "add contact" in jobs
Ability to add a "related contact" to a job without having to "edit" the job instead of "add contact" (which doesn't even attach to the job) that is currently an option under the 3 dots in jobs.

Built in field for inspection date and time
We'd like to have a field for inspections, where we can add a date and time that shows up on the inspector's calendar. Feel free to call me to discuss this idea.

Create New Job under existing Customer via Email
Similar to how you can send an email to JobNimbus today to add things to an a job. I would like to be able to include in my subject line something like [Customer#1234,Job#NEW] and a new job be create under that customer. I would need to have a created field template or required sync edit to make sure all my required or unique fields are populated but it would save time when I am getting estimates request or repeat work from the same customer.

Would be great to have a "Quick Filter" on the jobs and contacts screen so that it's easier to filter down by any active column that is on the current view.

Track Notes changes in the Activity Area
It would be very helpful to be able to track changes made to old notes by user.

Drag cards to re order them

Increase or remove limit for custom field.
Customer would like to have unlimited custom fields. A lot of the information they collect is based on custom fields. And he would also like to have a print option on custom reports since most of the information that he reports off of are from the custom fields and needs to print the report. He can download CSV or Excel but it takes time to clean the file.

Creating a new job inherits the contact's company location
When creating a new job under a contact on the mobile app, the location of the job should inherit the contact's location. Instead, it is defaulting to the first location on the list.

Have the ability when entering a job for it to have a box to input email and for it to automatically populate when sending an email.

The Ability to change Workorder list
The ability to change the order list under the contact/ job file where it states work order.

Admin ability to override dates
Sometimes we forget to move the status. Admins should be able to override dates to create accurate reporting.
Report on productivity, and efficiency of a workflow or personnel by having a report based on a timestamp from one status to the other, or from one action to another.

organize board main page by sections
I would like to organize the front page or the main page of the boards by a sections similar to the sections in the estimates, invoices, and work orders.
2 votesYou can currently create permanent filters for boards in the board edit screen. The rest of the settings are done on a user level, not account level. Will not be changed in the foreseeable future.
