Easily Clickable "Go to Boards"
Make the "Go to Boards" button more easily clickable. The clickable space is very small and it is very easy to accidentally click the dashboard instead, which is very frustrating.

Auto Populate Invoice Totals in Job Description
The ability to auto populate the Approve Invoiced(Total) and Approved Invoice Balance Due in the Job description section. We would like it to automatically update and be accurate.

Allow contacts to be added to lists based on a contact field.
You could create a board with a list that populated based on a contact field instead of the “status”, This would let you create a “SUB WORKFLOW” for different departments that all need to keep track of different stages of the contact.
For roofing, you could track the normal production progress on one board and have another that could track the stages of the supplement process. You could even have another for the collections process.

Sales Pipeline- retro actively remove contacts if they are moved to lost status.
If a contact is entered into a status with sold stage it reports on the sales pipeline. However, if that contact cancelled and no longer will install with company, they move it to lost status. However, the contact is still left lingering on the dashboard of the sales pipeline. Cannot remove it and would be nice if we could.

Add One Click Button Options So Jobs Can Be Moved Through The "WorkFlow" Easier
Please make it to where installers out in the field can CHANGE status of a job by a one click button option. Currently if a job is scheduled and they go and finish that job there is no way of admin knowing the job is complete without them @Admin in the notes section and physically typing "Job is complete" than the admin has to Manually drag the job from "Scheduled" tab to "Complate" tab. HUGE problem for us because a job thats complete might stay in the "scheduled" tag for weeks before someone relizes that jobs been done and has…

Show Available Boards in Navigation (1 click to boards)
Since you have moved the navigation menu to the top of the screen it would be nice to show the boards across the top of the screen. So if you have four boards the name of each would be listed so we don't have to click multiple times to get into a board.

Also viewing
It would be helpful if there were a "UserName is also viewing this" notification if you open a job or try to edit an invoice/work order/estimate that another team member is using. We have had situations where edits were lost or communication crossed when two people were in a file at the same time. I do appreciate that multiple people can use a job at the same time, but a shared user notification would eliminate some issues.

Improve flow of setting up job/contact
Intuitive flow on setting up a contact and jobs. 1. You have two tabs for adding contacts on the contact page. If the correct one is not chosen they will not connect to original intake and not appear on the sales funnel. Your training description read choose upper right corner. They are both in the upper right corner. This is extremely confusing and causes a great deal of problems as the jobs and followup move forward. 2. Sorting Shared Records
It would be nice for the contacts/jobs that are being shared a record from JN to be able to sort through the information they see via the shared link. As of now, everything is visible only in chronological order.

Board Options for Separate Departments
It would be really helpful if the option to have the boards speak to each other and for it only to change on your board. Production moves at a different rate than Financial, so we have to wait to move jobs until Financial is ready even though we are already past Scheduled or Pending Payment. It makes it confusing for one department to be several lists over from what boards show for the other department to be on the one they need.
