I did review the idea below and it is very similar to what we are looking for with a few adjustments. We would like the board to be a little more interactive than just for the use of Admins. However, we do like the idea of being able to change the 'type' of post or announcements to hold a higher level of importance, if need be.
An error occurred while saving the comment Lexis Robertson commentedA location where admins and team members could post to an ongoing thread like discussion board. Similar to the 'Notes' section on a job, but if the company were the job, and all team members were able to "@" whomever within the company. This could be used for announcements from admins, or general questions from team members looking for answers from anyone within the company (i.e cheapest place to purchase this material item). It would make sense to have this visible and easily accessible on the main dashboard.

Similar to this suggestion:
"While current email templates have form fields, which work very well, it would be nice if the subject line was also able to automatically generate when the template is used (and it use form fields)"
If we had the option to choose what populates the subject line of our automation emails our subject line would read "[Job Name] [Claim Number]" so it is received correctly by the insurance carriers we work with.
