    Totally agree! This really limits what you can do with financial attachments, email templates, and automation. If we could create an automation that does this:
    If estimate (contract) gets signed, then convert estimate to invoice, and send invoice to customer, and change status from Pending Signature to Waiting for Down Payment.

    This is kind of a duplicate of another idea that is being voted on for 2 way synching with Outlook. This is a big need!

    Absolutely agreed!!! We nearly missed an appointment made with Outlook because it didn't synch to the Nimbus Calendar. And the functionality of the nimbus events on outlook isn't very good either. you can't see a preview of the meeting, such as a customer name. And you can't click on an address to pull up maps either. Disappointing. Are improvements in the works?
