    I’ve had the same issue and found that setting up a proper remote calling workflow helped a ton. If you’re using a remote team or taking calls on the go, check out https://www.mightycall.com/blog/remote-phone-system/ — it explains how to make things like click-to-call much easier. It made my notes more functional without needing extra steps every time I needed to call someone.

    Yeah, having to manually create a contact from a job is a hassle. A quick button to auto-generate a contact from an existing job would save so much time. I juggle multiple jobs daily, and it would streamline things a lot. I was reading about How to Become a Park Ranger https://legalcareerpath.com/ the other day, and even there, organization is key—just like managing contacts efficiently here. This feature would be a game-changer.
