Certainly something that we’ve discussed. At the moment we haven’t had too many requests for this, but I’m sure this would be a consideration for our template builder improvements in the future.

ability to send a receipt for any type of posted payment as payments are not always attached to an invoice immediately - could be a deposit or deductible - etc. clients should be able to get an immediate receipt when a payment is posted in system - this seems like standard practice but can't find this as any option.
