QuickBooks fees handled differently
The current process for fee reconciliation with JobNimbus Payments and QuickBooks is very time consuming

Get payments immediately
Would be nice to get them even earlier, even within 24 hours instead of the next business day. Jobr had a feature where they could pay a %1 fee to get it immediately, so maybe something like that.

Download and Share all Photos
Cannot share multiple photos, cannot share "all" button. We have a very strict process, and send the customer an email with the inspection photos before we leave the home. Please have a select all button where we can send a link with all the photos. All other CRM's have where it will download the photos in a link.

NSE Email Activity Parity
Currently NSE related emails do not show in the activity feed. The open/click notifications are via email but also do not appear in the activity feed. Replies to that email seem to just disappear. This needs to work like all the other emails do. Activity in the activity feed included sent, replies, delivery status, etc.

Feedback - Task Reminders
One of the things I'd like my staff to do, especially sales and admin, is continually follow up with our clients. I'd like to request an easier way to set reminder tasks for users. I don't know exactly what or how yet but the creating tasks is several steps and cumbersome.
I would suggest looking at Pipedrive software features for this and see if JN can integrate some of those methodologies. It is very action focused software that doesn't allow you to forget jobs/clients/activites

Erase annotations on NSE photos.
To erase any annotations you have to hit the back arrow but that just does your most recent one. Logo wants to delete one 10 steps back but cant without deleting all his other work.

Duplicate Generated Documents
It would be nice to have an option to duplicate generated documents that way I can send the document for signing to the customer again. The first document I filled out and sent bounced. So I had to recreate a new document from scratch with the [signature] field in order to send it for signing again.

Jobs V2 needs to auto populate the info from the contact
We liked when we entered a contact and then entered a job on the contact, how it would auto populate their info. Now with Jobs V2, we enter the job and it should pull that info automatically to the contact so that we don't have redundancy.

Color selection/menu
When creating an estimate, they would like to option to list what colors they would like to sell/do sell to prevent selling colors and options that they either 1) do not have available 2) decide not to sell.
