Calendar customization
I would like to provide some feedback on the Jobnimbus Calender. We have used quite a few different ones, and I think JN would benefit alot from giving more customizability to their calendars. Here are some ideas:
Ability to change columns and rows to be for different data. For example, instead of having the time for the rows, we could have technicians listed by name
Ability to chose what info displays in the breif description displayed on the calender

AssistAI Appointment vs lead status
When a lead is created with AssistAI it only goes to one status. Could be nice if it went to one status (Lead) if no appointment was scheduled, and a different status (Appointment scheduled) if an appointment was scheduled

NSE One Page Quotes
We liked the legacy estimates because we were able to get our logo, the estimate information, and the customer signature all on one page. With the New Sales Experience, our logo goes on the cover page with some other stuff, the line items go on the Estimate Details Page, and the customer's signature goes on the Authorization Page. As a PDF, the new estimates are nice, but we operate in a rural area with lots of clients who prefer physical copies. Customer Access Portal in JobNimbus
Logo would like to have the ability to have their customers access their job in JobNimbus to where they can see certain parts of the process and where it is at.

When a customer replies to an email, the logo would like there to be a clickable area in the email that will take her directly to the associated job.

Option to Toggle Contact off on New Jobs Experience
We would like the ability when on the job to hide the contact that is in the bottom, right corner as it is confusing and redundant to have the customers name in both places.

Subtasks on new jobs view

Work Order screen should show Cost of the Work Order not Material Cost
With the new improvements in JN, the work order screen now shows the material cost of each work order rather than the cost of the work order. If a salesman provides an estimate for for $1500 he would expect to find a work order for $1500. Why would he want to see a material cost when looking for the matching work order

Be able to add products from different suppliers on an estimate
We would like to have the option to select products from on an estimate. We would like to have cheaper/premium options from different suppliers in the good, better, best options on an estimate.

Responses to automated texts go to unassigned, not archived
Right now it is very easy to miss customer replies if they reply to text automations because it goes to archived immediately.

Allow the cover photo of the job to not autopopulate on the cover page of estimates
Make it so the cover photo for the job is separate from the cover photo of the estimate.
