New Task Types to be Auto Selected to show in Calendar
Would like all newly created Task Types to be Auto-Selected in the Calendar. Would prefer to not have to go into the Calendar and click on that task type to show up every time he creates a new Task Type as this requires reaching out to all users to update their calendars every time a new Task Type is created.

Amount collected in Budgets reporting
Logo would like to include payment collected with the budget classic reporting. Mentioned that he doesn't invoice all customers through JobNimbus and forgets to create invoices for jobs that are paid outside of JN. Would like to see this consolidated with his profit and sales rep data in the budgeting reports

Note Attachments on Mobile
On web, it is possible to add attachments to notes. Photos, files, etc. But on mobile app, you can only enter text and cannot add attachments. Need the note attachments expanded to mobile as well. Photos and files.

Ability to hover over boards list
When editing Boards list, the names get covered up unless your editing. Would be nice if you were able to hover your cursor over these names and it will show you the whole name when editing your lists.

Edit Estimates/Documents After Signature
I have had several instances where we have created the estimate and/or contract and requested the signature only to need to change something in the estimate or contract after meeting with the customer (such as editing the shingle color or updating the warranty years and price if they choose to upgrade) and have had to create a whole new document/estimate because I am unable to edit the one that already has requested the signature. If they haven't signed the document yet then I should be able to edit it and resend it rather than make a several versions of them…

Permanent Logs of Deletions
Currently, the permission in access profiles for "delete records" applies to things like contacts and jobs and activity logs. We need to split those up or create a way for us to see if someone has deleted their deletion activity. It could be a specific kind of report/view or even something that requires contacting JobNimbus, at least. SuperAdmins/Owners just need a way to see if users have deleted the activity, and you can't grant the ability to delete contacts without also granting them the ability to delete that same deletion activity record.

View Saved Spreadsheet Files
Would like to be able to save spreadsheet files into a job and have it viewable on JobNimbus. Right now I can save them, but I cannot view them without downloading.

Expiration time of estimates sent
When we send and estimate to a potential customer, the link expires after 48 hours and causes more work for us as we have to resend the estimate.
We should be able to change the time the link expires or at least give the customer 2 weeks to look over an estimate to be able to review and think about their options.
