Limit quantity decimal with supplier integration
If the quantity of an item on a material order (SRS) contains a decimal, the system does not automatically round that number up, and ultimately prevents the user from placing the material order. The pop-up notification given simply states, "There was an error submitting the order", this causes confusion and does not provide the reason or solution.
The Order Preview does list a Note which states, "This supplier only accepts quantities that are whole numbers. Any quantities that were not whole numbers have been rounded up to the nearest whole number." Again this would cause confusion as the user would…

Credit Memos not Amount Paid
Currently, Credit Memos are counted against invoices as "Amount Paid" so when reports are exported the "Amount Paid" won't always match the sum of payments. It would be better if this could be either included or excluded by our choice.

Multiple Emails attached to a Job
User would love to add multiple emails to a job. He would like to be able to send invoices, estimates, documents, etc. to multiple people through the job menu.

Documents - Limit Who Can Sign
It would be good to see in future updates the option to reduce who shows up as "Signers" when generating documents in JobNimbus. Our company has only two people who are authorized internally to sign, and it can be confusing for our users to know who to choose if 50 users are showing up in the drop down menu
Perhaps one idea would be making it so only the assignee(s) and sales rep(s) of a contact or job, would show up as "Signers" when clicking on "Add Signers" from a document.
Or perhaps have this added somewhere in settings where…

Separate Sales Calendar vs Assignee Calendar
Need to be able to filter the calendar for things the user is the sales rep of or for things the user is the assignee of. If the sales rep is only sometimes the assignee, then it creates lots of instances where it will show up twice.

Insert Logo onto Inspection Photos
In the New Sales Experience, I would like to be able to insert my logo onto the inspection photos so that it is overlayed. It would be nice if it could just pull my company photo. Even if the annotations could allow inserting an image and then resizing that on the inspection photo, then I could do it.

Automatically Enter Text Field When Adding Line Item
On work orders, when you click to add a new line item, you then have to click on the new line item's text box to start typing in it. This should be the place the cursor starts in automatically if you just added it. This should be true any time you add new lines/sections to any of these kinds of documents.

It would be nice if we could decide whether a file was a Document or a photo and if we could just drag them from one tab to the other.

SumoQuote Labor Pricing & Material Pricing on Orders
When creating orders from signed quotes, it would be great if we could have them selectively fill either the material cost info in the case of a material order or the labor cost info in the case of a work order. Cost/Margin/Price could still be optional just like the quote. Then display totals etc. This would make it easier to sub labor out or provide specific info to 3rd parties or team members.

Document Description Template Fields
We can trigger an automation to send an email based on a document. It would be extremely helpful if we had a Template Field that would allow us to pull the description that was saved at the time of upload and use it in an email.

Hide Old Documents
When looking at sent documents (under a job) that have been canceled or they are just old documents, there could be a "Hide" feature because the documents can't be deleted. The logo doesn't want to have it be cluttered when looking at their documents.

Mobile App - Credit Memos
The desktop version of JobNimbus has credit memos available in financials. I don't see this available in the mobile app. Could we add Credit Memos to financials in the mobile app?
