Statement Billing Option
Would love statement billing where there isn't any due dates on the invoice and would more resemble a draw. Will have a breakdown of the history where we can either add a due date or not when we do the first initial billing where the statement shows the breakdown of what they owe on the statement, and the invoice will just say what is due.

Get payments immediately
Would be nice to get them even earlier, even within 24 hours instead of the next business day. Jobr had a feature where they could pay a %1 fee to get it immediately, so maybe something like that.

AI use for documents
It would be amazing if JobNimbus could integrate AI or OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to process documents, such as Xactimate reports. The feature could allow users to upload a document, and the system would intelligently extract relevant data to automatically generate material POs, estimates, or invoices.
This functionality would save time, reduce errors, and improve efficiency, especially for businesses handling a high volume of insurance restoration projects.

Different statuses for payments, and automation triggers
They need an automation to trigger based off of a deposit being made. In their current state, automations are unable to trigger based off of different payment types

Be able to get rid of not present option on forms
want to be able to get rid of the option of "Not Present" when creating a picture option on forms so that employees cant bypass and skip out on taking pictures

Engage - Ability to update the phone number to the correct contact.
Phone number was associated to the wrong contact and text message was sent. Phone number has now been updated to the correct contact but the conversation is still showing under the incorrect (original) contact and when creating a new text message under the contact where that number is not associating to, it defaults to the old (wrong) contact.
