Need ability to add phone number details in UK format
We are a company that has been with JN for a long time, We are located in Serbia. Before the new job format was recently released, we could enter phone numbers in the European format. Now it is only allowing Canadian/ American numbers. Can we please have the new format add European number formats?

Defend against insufficient funds ACH
Have longer than next day funding specifically for ACH, or some form of ACH Debit Validation / Instant Bank Verification, so we know the customer's bank amount before the check fully goes through. Just something for less NSF checks.

New companies should receive helpful articles or questionnaire
During set up, ask questions like the tax prep companies do. Plain language questions to help you pick what parts of NJ to use:
Do your sales people (A) just sell or do they (B) sell, issue contracts, supervise production, pick up check? If A, then divide your boards into sales, production, receivables, etc. If B, make one board for the whole process. Watch this to learn more.

Ability to archive notes emails documents and other communications within a job
When working within a job that is active but larger in scope with many emails , documents and communications - the ability to archive items within a job to keep only pertinent information in easy view, ie you send an email in JN asking question from client they respond and they have a logo or several in their signature - and once the question is answered you do not really need the email visible - the ability to archive the email exchange - as well as all the logos in documents/photos that are not pertinent to the job - so…

Adding additional characters to the Contact Fields
We created a custom field with the salesperson's direct phone number that gets inserted into the welcome letters along with the photo of the salesperson. This assures people that the person knocking on their door is from Anderson Roofing, not a random stranger.
We ran out of characters. Please increase the character limit availability on the contact card function. We need to be able to add three more names.

Joan was wondering how she could keep track of different updates or changes that are made to JobNimbus. If there was a page she could read about change logs to JobNimbus.
