  2. NSE Customization of Colors throughout the Estimate

    Would like to be able to customize the color on the individual line items. We don't like that the grey color is there and want to change the colors.

  5. Customer Access Portal in JobNimbus

  6. Calendar customization

    I would like to provide some feedback on the Jobnimbus Calender. We have used quite a few different ones, and I think JN would benefit alot from giving more customizability to their calendars. Here are some ideas:

    Ability to change columns and rows to be for different data. For example, instead of having the time for the rows, we could have technicians listed by name
    Ability to chose what info displays in the breif description displayed on the calender

  7. AssistAI Appointment vs lead status

    When a lead is created with AssistAI it only goes to one status. Could be nice if it went to one status (Lead) if no appointment was scheduled, and a different status (Appointment scheduled) if an appointment was scheduled

  8. NSE One Page Quotes

    We liked the legacy estimates because we were able to get our logo, the estimate information, and the customer signature all on one page. With the New Sales Experience, our logo goes on the cover page with some other stuff, the line items go on the Estimate Details Page, and the customer's signature goes on the Authorization Page. As a PDF, the new estimates are nice, but we operate in a rural area with lots of clients who prefer physical copies.   11. Boards- Color Prioritizing tasks on Jobs Board

    I think it would be really amazing if on the job board, each individual had the ability to highlight on their screen the tabs for the job, and have a few different colors. For example, I have a job that is pretty important that i am doing something at tomorrow. I know I could add a task but if I could just click the three little dots and highlight it green, blue, yellow, so that I knew it was of a certain priority level That would be a really cool add on to the board screen.

  15. Access to Contact and Job info during server issues, website issues or whenever Jobnimbus is down.

    A few weeks ago, when the server crashed and affected all types of websites, there was no access to basic information about Jobs and Customers. Something like an Excel-style spreadsheet that is updated automatically and maybe emailed weekly with that info would be very reassuring and helpful during unforeseen circumstances. We need access to our customer and job data offline.

  16. Classic Reports- Need more filters or ability to add them

    Trying to Create a job report, it is super frustrating to have a report where there are so many filters and yet when you want to add seperate filters for stand alone phone, email or address, they are not available. Please streamline this process to where we are able to add the filters in if they are not there. Just like you have with job fields.

  19. Remove the need to add a start date to edit a work order

    We do not need a start date for a work order until we are able to schedule with a homeowner. Which I would assume would be the case for many contractors using this platform.
