Itemized totals for mobile
When adjusting the margin slider in mobile, it doesn't show a breakdown of pricing like it does on web, it only provides a subtotal on the previous screen after adjustments. It would be nice to see the same type of treatment on web applied to mobile estimating

Defend against insufficient funds ACH
Have longer than next day funding specifically for ACH, or some form of ACH Debit Validation / Instant Bank Verification, so we know the customer's bank amount before the check fully goes through. Just something for less NSF checks.

New companies should receive helpful articles or questionnaire
During set up, ask questions like the tax prep companies do. Plain language questions to help you pick what parts of NJ to use:
Do your sales people (A) just sell or do they (B) sell, issue contracts, supervise production, pick up check? If A, then divide your boards into sales, production, receivables, etc. If B, make one board for the whole process. Watch this to learn more.

Engage - Add a feature to send text from personal phone number
It would be nice to let users choose if they want to send a message through Engage or from their personal phone number.

Check list for jobs -
right now we use trello which has our checklist for standard residential roofing job - where you check off items such as obtain signed contract, obtain Permit, pay for permit, do prelim walk through, etc this allows us to know all they key items were **** prior to starting a job- we do the same thing for during production and then post production - the ability to have checklist in JN for a job that shows you at a glance where you are at in the porcess is critical when managing multiple jobs at a time.

Ability to archive notes emails documents and other communications within a job
When working within a job that is active but larger in scope with many emails , documents and communications - the ability to archive items within a job to keep only pertinent information in easy view, ie you send an email in JN asking question from client they respond and they have a logo or several in their signature - and once the question is answered you do not really need the email visible - the ability to archive the email exchange - as well as all the logos in documents/photos that are not pertinent to the job - so…

Automation for notification internally of inactivity in Job/Contact
We need an automation that will send a notification to the assignee or subcontractor to see when a job/contact has been inactive after a certain time period so that we can keep the job moving through the system.

More customized titles for team members
Custom field for job titles for team members, that will line up with automations better. We don't want to have to change who an automation is sent to every time we hire or fire someone. It would be great to just be able to set the automation to send task to Sales team and tag someone in it, rather than having to assign specific emails tasks etc, to certain people.

Be able to view the margin percentage on an estimate after it is sent to the customer without having to edit said estimate.
Currently after an estimate is sent to a customer to sign the only way to say margin percentages, markups, or information similar is to edit that estimate which makes it invalid for the customer, or duplicate the estimate and go into edit that one.
