  1. Smarter Signatures

    If I have two or more different parties that need to sign, one shouldn't have to wait for the first to sign before they get prompted to sign. The sign now feature should allow for selecting who is signing instead of forcing the order as well.

  2. The ability to automatically calculate taxes based on the County & State of the Address listed in the system.

    Taxes) The Tax field within the JN system needs the ability to automatically calculate taxes based on the County & State of the Address listed in the system. Other customer portals / platforms that we work with have that taxes auto loaded. The Address is entered & when you put a check in the tax box to include Taxes it automatically applies whatever that Addresses County & State tax is based on its predetermined tax bracket for that specific address. This is a HUGE time saver & the technology / preprogramming is out there as other platforms are currently using…

  3. Add Mitigation Package with Logs, Video Sharing, and Organized Photo Albums

    Flood Rescue suggested creating a dedicated “Mitigation Package” in JobNimbus tailored for water damage and restoration companies.
    Requested features include:

    Built-in moisture, hydrometric, and equipment logs.

    A video-sharing section for job-site documentation.

    Ability to organize photos into labeled albums (e.g., “Kitchen,” “Living Room”).
    This would make JobNimbus a one-stop app for restoration workflows, combining documentation, visuals, and project tracking in one place.

  6. Bulk Edit Remove Singular Contact Assignee

    For bulk edits related to contacts, we need the ability to remove a singular assignee rather than only being able to add or replace. We have a wide variety of assignees that we need to maintain on contacts, and the only option we have is to manually edit these when an employee leaves the business.

    Request to allow customers to capture electronic signatures on additional document types beyond estimates (e.g., contracts, change orders, warranties, and completion forms). This would function similarly to DocuSign, enabling digital signing directly within JobNimbus for improved workflow efficiency and record management.

  10. Add Time Zone Selector to Task and Appointment Forms

    Users scheduling tasks or appointments from regions outside North America (e.g., virtual assistants) are experiencing incorrect appointment times due to the system relying on device/browser local time rather than the user or company time zone settings.

    Adding a Time Zone selector field within the task and appointment creation forms would allow users to explicitly set the intended time zone for each event, preventing time shifts and improving cross-regional scheduling accuracy.

    This enhancement would:

    Support teams using virtual assistants or remote staff.

    Ensure consistent times between the creator, assigned team members, and customer notifications.

  12. Increased Insight Metrics on Production Managers

    It would be great to have increased insights (IE, Profit Margins) for a Production Manager or Subcontractor role. This would make it easier to view these metrics by person rather than needing to hunt down each metric per job.

    Get request for the ability to save a profit tracker template that would allow different commissions, salesperson, plan cost settings to all be saved on a template, so it doesn't have to be entered in every single time.

  18. New Jobs Experience Email Attachment View

    We use to be able to see the attachments in the activity tab when we sent emails out. On the New Jobs Experience, we have to click into the thread to see that the attachment is there. We would like to have the old application back, we don't need to have to click more to see what is included to the email thread.

  20. A Notification/Automation ability for a comment added by a customer to an agreement

    A Notification/Automation ability for a comment added by a customer to an agreement at time of sigining

    As it stands, if a customer makes a comment on a LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT, the only way to see it is to manually search for it. There is no notification or indicator. This is NEEDED!
