ACH Payment sync with QuickBooks Online
ACH payments processed in QuickBooks Online will NOT sync with JobNimbus because JN doesn't have an "ACH" option in Pay Methods. The error is "QuickBooks Payment method is not linked in JobNimbus."
Credit card payments sync just fine (from QBO). The headache this is causing is enormous!
With all of the payment methods already listed, how difficult could it be to add one more? If there is a work around for this, I would love to hear it. Manually posting the payment in JN only works if it pays the invoice off in full, otherwise the payment posted in JN syncs to QBO creating duplicate payments there. Please either add the payment method or give us a check box on the enter payment screen to disable the sync for an ACH payment posted in JN (I'm begging).
