When 'Pass Fee to Customer' is enabled, still allow the ability to hide total on estimates
When turning on settings in global payments to pass fees to customer, the surcharge is also showing on estimates. It would be very helpful to have option to hide the surcharge from estimates since it is not yet an invoice.

We have GlobalPayments enabled and want to be able to either remove the surcharge information or move the surcharge to the footing of the estimate because we have certain estimate templates where we don't want to show a total..more like options estimates. We are fine with how it shows up on invoices because that's where the customer will actually pay from, but we want the option to move or remove it from estimates.
