Services & Products Control
A feature allowing us to completely remove a product or service verses just hiding it. With it "Hidden", when entering revised item it pushes us to the "Variable Item" that I don't want to use. Would also like to be able to edit multiple items at once verses one at a time going through the list

The estimate statuses mirror those of QuickBooks, which is used by over 90% of JobNimbus customers. In order for estimates to sync flawlessly back and forth, the statuses are hard coded to match.

Ability to use Margin instead of Markup for Products & Services
My guess is that most business owners would prefer that JN use margin, not markup, so I think you should change that feature, or at least make it so the user can choose which he/she prefers.

Document Signed, Estimate Approved as Automation Triggers
It would be awesome if JN could send out a notification or tasks, or update the parent job's status based a document being signed, an estimate being approved, etc.

Option to Update Automation Before Firing
Have a pop-up come up to let the person changing the status know that an automated task is going to be sent, and have the option to add details/notes to that automation (and maybe even an option to prioritize that automation) They should not be able to remove the automated task, but be able to add some additional details.

User Groups/Departments (Assign to Group, @Mentions, Permissions, etc)
I would LOVE a feature allowing assignment of tasks to a Group, rather than individuals. Also, the ability to sort/filter tasks by Group (in Dashboard, preferably) would make our lives complete. :) Thank you!

Spanish Translation
Hi, friends. I'm trying JobNimbus (mobile software and now on the web) and I have to say this is the best thing I've ever seen for my work. Absolutely perfect. It matches nearly all my needs. Bad news is I'm from spain(yes here are still people working...) and I work with non english speaking people. And in €. Please tell me you are planning to translate this powerfull service into spanish soon.

We currently have an automation which sends out an email when a material order is created for a contact in our Denver location. But I'd really like to change this to only notify everyone when the order has actually been sent. But this isn't currently an option. Can you guys add this in?1 voteNot enough community interest.

Tasks - check mark control
Hello,
We have been facing problems with team members accidentally check marking tasks that don't belong to them. It would be extremely beneficial if admin accts could set up access profiles based on below options:
check mark all tasks
check mark tasks only assigned to user
check mark tasks only assigned to user OR created by user
not able to check mark any tasks
Another alternative would be to create a pop up that notifies user that the task he/she is trying to check mark is not assigned to him/her.

locations that can utilize same pricing and products
we would like both locations to be able to utilize the same pricing and products. we have to recreate and duplicate all of our products and services. due to our syncing with QB, we will need to manually adjust every single line item twice (due to 2 locations) because we can't have the products and services applied to both locations

Sequential automation rule processing with stop option
Automation rules should be processed in order.
Hitting a trigger/rule should give the option to “stop processing other rules”
Think google email filtering.The power of this would be huge.
An alternative approach would be nested rules.

If customerThis will allow you trigger on an activity but take different actions dependant on the job state (or customer) ie add a note to a lead job and a high priority task is create. But add a note to an already invoiced job sends an email.

description column in product & services in settings
It would be helpful to be able to see or add the description column for the products & services settings page as the item name can only be 30 characters long to sync with quickbooks and the item name alone may not be helpful enough to find the right item or service one is looking for

Add "Task Name" Condition to Automation
So, I noticed the improvements made to Nimbus on Automation system.. And they are definitely appreciated.. However, I think they can and should function better.. I spoke to Josh on your Support team and he showed me a work around to my issue.
The issue: I was having I attempted to perform these automations, but they don’t quite function the way I’d like. For example, I created the action to change the status to “send to pending” when task is completed..
However the issue seems to be I can’t specify which task is assigned to changing that status based on…8 votesNot enough community interest.

If you need to edit a document, you may create it again, do your edits, and then get the new version signed.
This block is done for legal reasons. Once a document is signed, it is signed in it’s current state. The legality comes to issue when one attempts to add, edit, or remove from a document that has already been signed and agreed to by amending other information that was not included upon signing/agreeing.
Once a document is signed, we are legally obligated to disallow editing of this document within our system in order to prevent these kinds of issues and disputes when going to court.
We hope you can understand our reasons and legal obligations with regards to this feature.

Ability to Set Default Margin
Either a default option or a bulk edit ability? We set our margin at 40. Sales reps can go up or down but not below 0 margin.

Ability to Assign Multiple Access Profiles to a Signle User
We need to be able to assign multiple access profiles to the users since the access profiles are what control permissions to the workflows. I have ppl in my organization that wear multiple hats and it would be necessary that they have Full access to houses on certain boards but limited access to others.
1 voteActually, Access Profiles doesn’t control permissions to workflows.
All you should need to do is assign the jobs/contacts to multiple team members as necessary, and perhaps utilize the Groups feature to assign group managers so they have permissions to view jobs beyond what are assigned to them directly.

The ability to categorize (isolate) jobs (by Nimbus #) for a single client (site)
We often return to the same job site for more than one billable project (some job sites can be visited 3 times a year, some up to 10 or 12 times a year).
It would be extremely helpful if we could somehow isolate the history of a job site, almost in timeline format.
If necessary, we could then print it out and supply it to the customer who is trying to distinguish the trips.

Automation for Job Type change triggered by Job Status Change
We have different workflows for stages of our jobs. (for example Sale in progress, In Production, Work In Progess, Invoicing). We created different workflows so there isn't such a long Status tab (we have about 25 status total). We have to manually change the Job Type to get the next job type / statuses. Can we make it so that when we change the job status from job type "Sale in progess" / Status "sent to production" there is a automation that changes the Job Type to "In Production" / Status "sent to production" . This would allow for everything…
