  4. Hide Jobs/Contacts User Isn't Assigned To

    I want to keep my sales reps from seeing jobs/contacts that they aren't assigned to. Currently they can still see the job/contact, just not view all the information. This creates some competitiveness between my employees that I would like to avoid.

  8. Design Templates & Section Descriptions

    I am using the blue Estimate design template and it allows for a section description. Since that design template doesn't exist for invoices and the existing invoice templates don't allow for a section description, that description is lost once I convert the estimate to an invoice. Can we add that same design template to invoices as well?

  9. Assignment of User to Contact or Job based off of Trigger

    We have a team dedicated to Supplementing our jobs. When a job is updated to the supplementing status we created we have a task automation to assign it to the supplement team; however, the user can only see the task and cannot see the job because they were previously not assigned to that job. Would love to see it possible where based on a trigger "status update" or others, a user is able to be assigned to the project.

  10. Profile - Settings - Default Field Value

    Under the Default Field Values of a Job Nimbus user profile, can we please have 'Job - Lead Source' as a Default?

    Use Case: In the field I have ambassadors taking leads by putting jobs straight into the CRM. with appointment dates.
    Job - Lead Source - would need to default to that entire team as "events" as a source we use for all field booked appointments.

    Would like the same drop down list of "Contact - Lead Source" to be Job - Lead Source as our field team builds a job with appointment, that the Contact Center then sets…

  12. Restrict view of cost on work orders

    I want users to be able to view Work Orders, but not view the cost breakdown when pulling up the work order from the Financials tab. Ultimately I only want them to view the PDF copy the customers see.

  14. Option to Turn off Automatic Assignees, or to Tailor them

    I'm sure it makes sense for some companies... but automatic contact/job assignee updates messes up our custom automations sometimes. It would be great if there was an option to turn that function off

  15. Automations- Need to be able to Filter based on Split Invoice Due Dates

    Originally, we had planned to use automations to help keep our customers reminded of their invoice due dates for deposits and final payments. We're running into the issue of the same automations triggering for both invoice dates. It would be nice to have an option to filter conditions between the two, so that I can reference a deposit vs a final payment in automated text and email communications.

  16. Consider that Automations are probably only managed by one person on each team

    I'm not sure what strategy is used to sort through these suggestions or decide how they are implemented, but I think some consideration should be taken for the fact that there is probably a limited number of people from each company/client that is going to be leaving suggestions here.

    It seems like maybe these suggestions get bypassed in lue of ones that have more votes, but you're more likely to see that 6 votes probably means 6 companies as a whole... our guys in the field don't have the time to upvote every suggestion that we leave, but they are…

  19. Have an option to send Work Order automation emails to a "primary contact"

    Trying to set up an automation based on a work order changing status and there is not an option to email just the primary contact, just all related contacts. Would like to have an option to be able to email the Work Order to just the primary contact.

  20. Add a markup option to the estimate templates on the settings page.

    We have our sales team filling out estimates on the job and they don't always add the necessary markup to cover cost, commission, and make a company profit.
