Private Calendar Settings
There needs to be an option to mark certain events as private. Personal events, sensitive conversations (HR), etc. Right now, everyone can see EVERYTHING.

Color Code Map View
Currently, when you click on "map view" it just displays a bunch of red markers on the map. It would be very helpful to change these markers to the color that the user is assigned to in the calendar.

Improve Monthly Calendar View
The view of my monthly calendar currently is elongating the days, so much so, that I can only see one week at a time. I need to scroll up or down to see another week. I discovered this is happening because one or two days have a bunch of tasks, so on the monthly version it makes all the days super long,
It would be nicer to have something like "+12 more" so i could then click on a specific day rather than needing to have every day be super long.

Calendar display
My calendar currently displays at a set height for the week/day, regardless of the number of tasks displayed. I have to scroll down to the bottom of the screen to access the "Today" and "Show Options" buttons. Can you either move these buttons to the top of the screen, or maximize the screen view by making the height of the week/day fit what is displayed?

I would like to change the calendar layout since it is just more familiar to have Sunday-Saturday instead of Monday-Sunday.

Options for Printing Calendars
User would like to be able to select a calendar date range and export it to a PDF or print.
Currently when downloading the PDF, it only shows the calendar. Nowhere does it indicate the month or year.

Calendar Permissions
I would like to be able to give my team members permissions to be able to view each other's calendars and tasks without their being able to see each other's jobs and contacts.

Calendar: Map:
We need to have the ability to view the map and filter it by Job Type, Job Status, Contract Signed Date, & Salesperson.
This would allow us to know where we are doing well, where we are not doing well, who is doing well in certain areas, what services are more successful, and where to spend marketing dollars.

Separate calendar entries from tasks
Want to the ability to schedule meetings, job events and recurring appointments separate from tasks. When creating a meeting in Google calendar and using the syn function, it will automatically setup hundreds of task unless you make the task type Meeting as the default. It is then difficult to create automation for tasks because users overlook changing the task type. It would be beneficial to treat the calendar like a calendar and allow for recurring meetings, conflict notification, calendar sharing etc.

Filter Tasks that are Synced with Google Calendar
We don't need every type of task synced with our calendar... just appointments. Currently, there is no way to filter the sync so that we can clearly see just the tasks we want to see on our Google Calendar.

Disable drag option on calendar
I would like an option to disable the "drag and drop" feature with the calendar. Sometimes tasks get moved inadvertently this way and it messes everything up.

Ability to edit or format the information on that appears on the calendar.

all day events that dont take up time slot space
All-Day events that dont take up time slot space in a WEEK view. I will have installations and inspections that have no specific time slot, it would be nice to see them in an all-day area like calendars typically show.

Calendar View
When logos utilize the start and end date option that's listed under "creating a contact./job". In doing so it creates a long line throughout their calendar daily and they aren't able to see the days on the calendar. They would like to be able to see the days and have it be more easier to read. Right now it's jumbled and looks confusing to view when you have multiple contacts/jobs listed.

calendar task
when I'm in calendar view, and I click on the "task" that is scheduled, I have to scroll to the top of the screen to find the pop-up window that opens up. It would be great to not have to do that. Just have it to the side when I click on it.

freeze top portion of calendar
Freeze the top portion of the calendar so you can still see the month and other controls without having to scroll back up to the top.

Sales Reps can View Calendar without Job Access
allow my salesmen to view the entire calendar without having access to everyone’s jobs

one thing I would Like to see is when you hover over an appointment on the calendar you can see the notes or what the appointment is for

Contact Start Date - Visible on Calendar
The contact date now shows up on project tiles on Nimbus Boards which is great. However, we aren't able to use this feature as our way of project scheduling because this field doesn't show up on calendar. Don't want to have to duplicate entry of entering start date on contact's page and create an install task just so I can see it on Boards and Calendar.
