Don't sent automated texts and emails to lost jobs.
If a job status is changed to lost, or the job is complete, the customer should not still receive automated timeline based emails and texts. For example: We have the system reminding customers that they have not approved an estimate after certain time frames. If a customer tells us they are not interested or went a different direction and we change their status to "lost" they still get the automated reminder emails which makes them very mad

Ability to block visibility of pricing on work orders and jobs from the subcontractors while still allowing them to view and add pictures...
Currently you either have to let the whole team see pricing or no one. It should be set up so you can allow salesmen to see pricing on jobs and work orders but block field employees or subcontractors from seeing the pricing.

Create the ability on automations to block tiles from going backwards in status.
When an automation linked to checking off a task is done after someone else on the team has already moved the job forward by status, it pulls the tile back to the job status that the automation moves it to which is confusing for the team and may lead to repeat actions. Ultimately it causes chaos on the team if there is more than 1 person handling the job.

JN needs to have the ability to create a contact, without an attached job name, from the green "Create +" button.
So I personally use PipeDrive and Sales Rabbit in the commercial (multi-property owners) sales cycle, but need the ability to create a contact without a job attached for myself and my team.
I also think it would help JN be a better program.

Lead Source MACRO, MICRO AND MORE MICRO
OK, many JN Support said it was possible. I want to know Macro what lead sources are the best "Past Customer" "Employee", Ect. Also would like to know Micro, " Past customer 1", "Past Customer 2" Ect. , "Employee 1", "Employee 2", Ect. And then even More Micro/ Refined what jobs went through and what Lead sources were the Best/ which lead should we focus on marketing too.

Please create the ability to put the salesman, assigned to, or subcontractor on each individual tile on the job boards
It would be useful to see who work orders and jobs are assigned to on the job board.

Recent Jobs - Dashboard Links
Have a widget on the dashboard called "Recent Jobs" that has a link to all recently accessed projects in the order that they were accessed in. See attached for an example, and old solar CRM had this function and it was extremely helpful.

Add Notifications to the Home Page
It would be super helpful to have the ability to choose notifications to be on our homepage rather than just in the side column. Have it be an option like Jobs, Contacts etc

Report Breakdown From Sales Dashboard
It would be amazing if you could click on the reports on the sales dashboard and have it take you to a report of all of the items that make up the graph you're looking at. For example- you look at a sales reps numbers on the revenue leaderboard and if you click on the bar for that sales rep it shows a report of all of the customers included in that number.
It would be helpful if this feature applied to all of the graphs on the sales dashboard.

Report Folders
Allow reports to be placed together in a folder or category -- for example, I would like to have a MONTHLY folder in which I can store all my monthly reports, or a WEEKLY Folder that stores all the weekly reports, a SALES folder that stores the sales reports, etc - instead of having 100 reports listed on the same report screen that you have to scroll through

More consistency with the sales dashboard
The sales dashboard doesn't align with what I can pull up in my contact reports. We need these to be easier to customize and we need more consistency with the filters and usability of these.

An indication that the sales rep is inactive from the sales reps drop down in sales dashboard
It would be great if there was some time of indication on the sales dashboard that the sales rep is inactive from the sales rep selection. I have 3 reps with the same name and 2 of them are inactive, yet all 3 of them still show in the drop-down selection

Choose between Invoice data and Estimate data on Sales Dashboard
We'd like data on the Sales Dashboard to come from the total of the invoice rather than the estimate, because the two are rarely the same and we can glean much more useful and actionable business intelligence from the former.

More customization on Dashboard View
User would like more options to customize the dashboard. Currently, he can choose what features of the dashboard are visible, however, he cannot control how they are displayed. User would like a simple feature, such as being able to sort his tasks on the dashboard with the newest tasks on top. User is aware that he could use a custom report but does not want to lose the ability to check off tasks from the dashboard.
