Insights-add Time to Close
In the JN Insights raw data we have the date of the lead and also the date the job closed. I would like to figure out an average for us on how long it takes to close a job. This would help new sales people not to be frustrated when it takes a while for steady sales to start coming in. It would provide training opportunities on how to create urgency during the sales process. An average for each sales person plus company wide would tell us if someone is out of line and an average time to close by deal size would let us know if larger projects take significantly longer so we know whether or not to pursue them.
