Reports on Products & Services
When evaluating products & services it is important to review the numbers on which products/services were successful or not. Can we please have reports that allow us to search based on Item names/descriptions?
For example: We frequently have customers call and ask for examples of our work. It would be great if we can search all completed jobs/work orders for a specific item that ties into what they are interested in doing.
Alternatively, we can see what products are being sold most often and which items may not be worth our while to continue offering.

Add ability to add individual line items to reports for estimates and invoices.

It's too bad this still hasn't made it to the top of the list for improvements. Be nice to know how much of each product is spoken for by pulling a report of products on open work orders. It's be nice to be able to pull a report of all of the completed work orders that included a certain product to provide to customers.
The only current option is to use the custom work order fields to manually enter a product name that can be used when filtering reports. It's okay for one product but too much work for more than that.

This is another "no brainer" report that really should be available. Doesn't seem like it would be too difficult to add it

This would be extremely helpful in order to see which products we are selling most of, and more importantly how many we are selling. For example, I could click a few buttons and know exactly how many square of smartside I installed in the past year, or how many rolls of ice & water shield we go through a month.

In addition to above:
We have also been wanting to run reports on specific items so we can review the consistency of pricing based on various factors (location of job, salesperson, time of year, type of customer, etc.).
