Would this be for providing emphasis on certain products/services, or certain aspects of products/services? Do you have examples that you could share with us, or specific cases where this would be useful?

For example, I could click a few buttons and know exactly how many square of smartside I installed in the past year, or how many rolls of ice & water shield we go through a month.

Yes, my big thing is this: say I have a job with 4 work orders. I move the gutter work order to complete. If the system could tell that that was the last remaining work order for that job and automatically generate a task or email such as "ready to invoice" or "ready for final inspection"
