This is a great example, thank you for sharing! We have many of these same ideas for improving our existing share feature and are working towards that.

Good news! We are planning to improve this functionality in an upcoming release. Phone numbers (and other contact information) from the related Contacts will be displayed prominently on the Job view screen. This will mean you no longer have to click into the Contact from the Job to find the phone number or email address.
We expect this update to release in the next 30 days.
An error occurred while saving the comment Cheryl Morris commentedJN already has the phone number and email on the contact, shouldn't it be simple to have it carry over to the job the same as the address? It would save a lot of back and forth.

An error occurred while saving the comment Cheryl Morris commentedOur office has been trying to utilize the @mentions because it's great to be able to tag a note with both the customer and the staff member involved.
Without a way to view all @mentions (sorted by date received?) WHILE actually working in JN, we are missing critical notes. Like the one yesterday when we realized that a customer was never invoiced even though there was an @mention.

We need to be able to pull closing rates, average tickets, dollars generated by lead source, monthly sales by sales rep (to create competition), company wide monthly sales vs our goal, booking percentages, and a lot more.
