This is a great example, thank you for sharing! We have many of these same ideas for improving our existing share feature and are working towards that.

This would be a fantastic feature, since all of our customer contact info is already stored in JN. Maybe there could be an opt-in option under each contact to avoid getting flagged as spam.

I would like to be able to have my classic reports automatically emailed to me regularly like Insights can.

We have a set of custom reports that we go over as a company every week. It would be fantastic if I could use an automation to have them emailed to me.

Good news! We are planning to improve this functionality in an upcoming release. Phone numbers (and other contact information) from the related Contacts will be displayed prominently on the Job view screen. This will mean you no longer have to click into the Contact from the Job to find the phone number or email address.
We expect this update to release in the next 30 days.

JN already has the phone number and email on the contact, shouldn't it be simple to have it carry over to the job the same as the address? It would save a lot of back and forth.

I have missed several emails from our customers because I have no way of knowing when a new email comes in. Please fix!

Accidentally moved a job backwards that was complete and now my Insights is totally wrong. Need a way to fix this please!
