Ability to track the book rate per day or for a selected time period based on the lead status within the workflow.
Currently, we have access to a lead loss rate, but this metric is not very useful for evaluating performance. Many lost leads are simply due to customers being unresponsive, which is outside of our control. Because of that, the loss rate does not accurately reflect how well the team is performing.
Tracking the lead book rate would allow users to see how many leads are successfully booked compared to the total number of leads received within a specific timeframe. This would provide a clearer picture of how effectively leads are being handled and converted into scheduled appointments.
