Preserve Scroll Position in Notifications Dropdown
We were previously able to reopen the notifications dropdown and resume where we had left off in the list after viewing a notification. Following the recent update, the dropdown resets to the top each time it’s reopened, requiring users to scroll extensively to return to their prior place.
Requesting restoration of the previous behavior so the notifications list retains its scroll position after viewing an item.2 votesThank you for the feedback!
We adjusted the notification center, and it will now resume where you left off

(Contact #1234) Shouldnt be in the subject line of an email
(Contact #1234) Shouldnt be in the subject line of an email.
Instead, it should be more personal and should have the customers name.
"Jane Doe, Thank You for being our customer!!", Not CONTACT 1234, Thank You for being our customer.__________Sent Estimate 1234 for you to SIGN
When sending an estimate, it should say "(Company Name) I.e. Joes Roofing, sent you Estimate 1234 for your review. In the bottom where it says to sign as well, that should also be eliminated. Its too aggressive.I sent a mockup email to myself to test out what these emails look like when…

Engage Photos
Customers are able to send us photos, but we are not able to send any photos though the platform. It would be nice to be able to do this. Additionally, when customer send us photos through engage, we can't save them to the phone or the customer contact profile.

Allow CC and BCC fields in emails
CC & BCC fields are a must.
Also:
In any email format, the team members' and subcontractors' email addresses to be available as an option.Or, a contact list so we just need to click the recipients instead of typing the address in every single email.
As of now, in the job section, only the listed primary email, sales rep, assigned and related contact available.
We communicate regularly with vendor reps, subcontractors, and team members as admin and project managers.

Text from desktop options
Have the option to text our clients from the desktop version a lot of people prefer to have text contact as opposed to email or phone. Also, when they are speaking with people from the office they do not want their phone # tied to the text.

I'm on my computer way more than my phone, I'd like to be able to text my clients from my desktop.
Ideally, I'd like to add another person to the text thread for visibility.3 votes -
Write an email from financials tab
When you click the 3 dots to email an estimate or invoice in the financials tab, we should be able to write an actual email instead of a generic message like "Here is your estimate...". Looks unprofessional and also only puts "Thank you, name" No real company signature populates!
15 votesNow when emailing from an estimate or other financial documents you are able to edit the email including the subject line.

Email Notifications
Get a notification that their client replied to the emails that were sent out. Just like you do when an estimate is signed.
Example: At the top of JobNimbus have a blue banner saying " you got an email reply from contact #/Job @"

Embed subject tagging
Currently subject tags on emails are on the subject line which is vulnerable to have it changed by the recipient and then the email reply does not attach to the contact record. It would be best to have this subject tagging embedded to avoid this issue.
2 votesEmail tagging is now in the body of the emails created

Be able to create a template from an existing estimate
It would be nice if we could take an existing estimate from one customer and save it as a template so we could use it again and again. Right now you have to type everything over from scratch.
3 votesThis was improved several month ago. You can now save any estimate as a template.

Arrange the email tab in contacts/job to be consistent with industry standards
Currently when choosing to email a contact from their contact card, the first thing that populates is the text field of the email. We often times forget to input the subject line because it is underneath the text field. It would be more beneficial if the email box was laid out like a traditional email . First selecting which contact we are sending to then the subject line and finally the text that is going to be input into the body of the message.
6 votesemail subject line is above the text field
