new app sorted status correctly
When filtering jobs in the new app the status are not in the correct order. Can this be corrected?

Direct dialing in mobile app

Task Descriptions On Tasks List On Mobile
In the job nimbus app, when it shows the list of tasks, all it gives is the generic task title. There is no information identifying what job it is related to. In order to see that information you have to click into the task. This makes the process of checking off completed tasks more time consuming.

Call, Email, Text Contact From Job Page on Mobile
It would be nice if we can see the client phone number and email while in while I have the JOB pulled up. I don't want to have to click back to the contact to then get the number and call.
I would like to be able to call, email, text the client straight from the job section not the contact.
Is there a way?

when adding a photo or outside of app
when adding an attachment/photo from outside of the app, i have the option to send the document to job nimbus, it will ask me to choose a name...problem is that i would have to scroll through hundreds of names, is there a way to type the name.
1 voteIf you’re using our new app (JobNimbus 2), you will be greeted with a Search bar at the top which you can use to search for the job or contact that you want to connect it to! Just make sure you’re on our new app and you should be good to go!

Select Multiple Photos To Upload From Album
Adding photos from albums in the new iOS app is problematic.
· It’s not clear how to add from an album in the first place. You need to choose camera?
· There appears to be no way to add multiple photos at once. This is a real problem. My team typically will take photos all day long and then upload to the app later. Hard to work with the app in the middle of construction on a roof.
· Force Touch is not implemented correctly or is a bug. Rather than selecting an image to upload or other option, it…
14 votesThe latest update to JobNimbus 2.0 for iOS and Android now includes multi-photo upload from album!
Choose “Add Photos” from the action menu or choose to upload from the camera, select as many photos as you need, and upload them all at once.
Be sure to have the latest update from the app stores and enjoy’

With the latest beta version of our mobile app, you should be able to create and edit estimates from iOS and Android tablets, including those from Samsung. Please download the latest version and give it a try!

Show Customer Info By Default (address, phone number)
So the new version (2.0) app does not display the customer's contact info or address on the customer's "home page"
To see where a customer lives you have to open up maps, or go the the "edit" page scroll down and find the address.This is quite annoying

Why can you not assign a task type when adding a task using the Mobile 2.0?

Create/Edit Work Orders on Mobile
Will we be able to create work orders on the new app? This would be nice for writing out the punch lists. Right now we are using tasks and they are harder to track.

Permissions for Note Types
I would like to be able to go into a group (i.e. - Technicians) and have a setting in the permissions area to select what type of notes they see when they open a job. I want to limit what they see so they don't have a job with administrative notes, emails, etc. that the don't pertain to field techs. I want to be able to set it so they only see "Notes, Parts Used, etc."

You can restrict note access on a note-by-note basis by using the “Private Note” checkbox when adding a note, and setting specific Access Profiles to prevent them from seeing Private Notes.However, we can look into allowing you to blanket restrict certain note types in the future.

1 voteWhen you get an email notification about a new assignment or if you’re mentioned in a note, the record’s name should be a link to get right to the contact.
In mobile 2.0 we will be doing even more with this by deep linking directly to the contact from the email to the mobile app.

Text Message customer
Many customers prefer text. Having this inline would be nice!

Ability to Email Attachments from Mobile App
Our proposal writers attach documents to contact profile. It would be nice if sales rep could email document to customer

tiny scanner
Whenever I try to add photos from tiny scan it 1) does not work and 2) job nimbus will not open after trying to add photos. I have to uninstall and re-install
