  1. Being able to view work orders on mobile

    On the website you can just search and view work orders by #. When on the new updated app you can view them on the calendar but they are not searchable within the app. It would be great if there was an option just to search the material order # like you can the customer #. Many times work orders are assigned months out and they can't be viewed on the app unless you're in the calendar.

  3. Auto assign work orders

    I would like to have the Work Orders automatically assigned to the team member that is assigned to the Contact/Job. The legacy app and desktop version already have this functionality and I would like this carried over to the new app as well

  5. ability to select subs and suppliers on email in IOS app

    Update the app so that users can select subs and suppliers when emailing from the material and work order level.

  6. Photo loading confirmation on mobile app

    When loading photos to the system from phone, there is no confirmation that the load was successful... so many times our guys are doing it repeatedly, and end up with triple the same pictures loaded

  8. Display full contacts in my leads section on new app

    New app needs to display all contacts under the my leads instead of only showing statuses tied to lead stage. As a sales rep this is difficult to see all the other contacts we are working with. Not all are a lead stage.

  17. Mobile Site

    I received feedback from one of our sales reps who uses JN on his phone via google chrome (not the app) and he is now unable to update status because everything is so zoomed in and the icons at the top are so big they are blocking the top portion of the dropdown menu. He also said he's unable to view more than 5 docs and 5 photos at a time rather than being able to select 100 and scroll through all of them like before and the arrow buttons to go to the next page aren't working so he's…

  18. PROPOSAL "VIEWED" & PROPOSAL "ACCEPTED" PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

    Our previous CRM had the best feature and we miss it very badly and need it at Job Nimbus. When we email a proposal to a customer, change order, work order etc the second they open and view the proposal I and any team member assigned gets an IMMEDIATE push notification on our phones that says "Proposal Viewed" and then another one "Proposal Accepted". This automatically tells me 2 things
    1) They for sure seen my proposal
    2) Now I know I can follow up with them and see if they have any questions on the proposal I sent them…

  19. Use the same terminology in both the web and mobile app

    Related contacts in the we are referred to as "link to" in the mobile when trying to add a related contact. The difference between the terminology is confusing. going from web to mobile and visa versa

  20. Set default state for contacts being added via mobile app

    Allow us to choose which state the add contact screen in the mobile app defaults to or allow it to be set to "none" by default so each user must choose the correct state.
