Fix the JobNimbus Payments fee discrepancy
Surcharge fee on invoices doesn't match actual fee taken out once a payment is made. It would be great if we could fix this discrepancy or get it closer to being more accurate

JN Payments: Move credit card surcharge and adjusted total payment info to after customer selects Credit Card. Confuses e-check payers.
Illustration/example, attached. Instead of the largest font/bolded Total with included credit card fees (before knowing how the customer will pay), show only the actual requested amount and add an asterisk to the Credit Card option about the added fee, which can be calculated and included on the next page of the credit card selection page flow.

Simplify the invoice payment and totals section (e-check/credit card options) and customer "checkout process"
Having two separate payment buttons, whether by e-check or credit card, can be a bit confusing for some customers. We've had a half-dozen customers send us a physical check for the credit card amount in the past year. I've attached a draft mockup picture to this feedback submittal to better illustrate the idea.

Ability to hide MarkUp on invoices
It would be helpful to have a setting to hide the markup on the invoice for our reps creating invoices.
2 votesHello!
The ability to hide markup on invoices is already available. To do this, visit the setting page, select templates on the left side, navigate to your invoice template and click Edit. You will then see a list of items to display or hide from internal and/or customer view. If you turn off the cost column, customers will not be able to see the markup.
Please let me know if you have any questions on this.
Thank you,

When a job's estimate is signed by the customer send a notification
I like the new e-sign function but we didn't get notified after the customer signed it. When a job's estimate is signed by the customer send a notification whoever is assigned to that job/contact.
1 voteHello!
This is available today using automations. Set up and event based automation and use the signature status condition to send an email or create a task.
If you need additional help setting this up, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Auto-Update Estimate Templates
Creating an estimate template needs to be able to be done in the settings. Needing to go to a random job > Financials > Add Estimate > Etc... Is less than optimal.
This brings me to my next point. Updating Estimate Templates. If I go into my settings > Products and Services, I am able to update the pricing of my material no problem. The problem is that these updates are not then updated on my Estimate Templates when I go to make one. I have to also update all the pricing on the templates. The pricing not updating for…
28 votesHi everyone! We're very excited about a new estimating tool we've developed--Smart Estimates that will solve this problem of template pricing becoming outdated.
In addition to always taking the current pricing from your products and services, Smart Estimates allows a user to create an estimate by simply inputting job measurements (either your own measurements or from an EagleView report--coming soon) and having the materials calculations done for you based on the template you set up. Save an already created invoice/estimate/material order/work order as a template
It would be nice to be able to save an already created invoice/estimate/material order/work order as a template. This would be helpful for a few different reasons.
The most recent example is an estimate was created but wanted to save it as a template for future use.
Another reason would be that maybe later down the road you realize you need to duplicate an estimate that was created in the past.
19 votesHi everyone,
The “Save as Template” button is now available for existing estimates, invoice, material orders, credit memos, and work orders. At any point you can save these documents as a template. This includes opening existing templates and duplicating them. Please let me know if you have any issues with the new functionality.
Thank you,
Adam

the ability to permanently make changes to a material orders template.
Currently if changes are made to a material order template there is no way to make them permanent. For example, I set up a material orders template, I realize I forgot an item that we use with that template, now I have to remember to manually enter this item every time I am going to place an order, OR I need to do a whole new order and save it as a template just to add the one item.
2 votesYou should be able to edit the template and add the item you forgot initially and then save it. If you are having issues with templates saving support@jobnimubus.com will be able to assist you.

You can read more about the release of that feature here: https://www.jobnimbus.com/blog/2018/04/19/mobile-update-email-payments-caller-id/

Duplicate lines
Every time I add a line item on an estimate or invoice from scratch it duplicates it between 3 and 6 times. It's insanely frustrating when I try to delete the duplicate lines the entire item deletes. I have to save the estimate and go back in and delete each duplicate. I'm about to lose my mind and switch my company to another system.
1 voteThis feature is now completed. Thank you for helping us know what wanted.
If you have any questions about this feature contact support@jobnimbus.com.
Thanks again,

Didnt force you to save a product in products list
Would like to enter products in each line item when writing an estimate but not be forced to save it in the products list, that way we don't have multiple basically duplicated items in the products and services and we can customize them a little more
1 voteThis is a limitation exclusive to the QuickBooks sync, since QuickBooks doesnt allow custom line items.
If you are not using the QuickBooks Sync feature, then you can disable it in the Features tab of your settings. This will allow you to add custom line items to your estimates and other documents without having them save to your Products & Services list.
If you have further questions, please contact support@JobNimbus.com or call 855-964-6287 (option 2) for assistance.
