Option to select photos from JobNimbus instead of browsing for photos on the local computer
Where it says “add photo” on the “jobs” and/or “contacts” in the upper left corner, one should be able to access the stored photos on JobNimbus yet we are directed to pull the photo from our computer. And where a company uses CompanyCam, the photos are not stored locally.

Exclude Attachment Categories when in Documents tab
Would like to have the option to hide particular Attachment categories in order to hide duplicate Documents that may appear as they are showing after reply emails still contain original attachments.

Change default attachment category
Currently when uploading a new photo the attachment category is defaulted to document. It would be beneficial for our needs if we could choose the default option and have the pop up everytime instead of document. We upload far more photos than documents and as such would find it easier to select the doc attachment manually than photos.

Printing documents containing extensive text in table cell to begin appear on first page
When creating an estimate, or any financial document with tables, inputting an extensive amount of text in one cell will cause everything to appear on the second page and leave the first page blank.
The request is to be able to have that information appear on the first page, regardless of how much text is in one cell (ie. descriptions).

Sorting for Attachments when Adding to Work Orders
Now of course when looking at a contact, attachments like photos are sorted by date. This changes when you click to add an attachment to a WORK ORDER. For some reason, the attachments are not in order when you're at that screen. It's randomized. So if a contact have 100 photos of accessories for the roof, siding, gutters, windows, everything, and you want to draft a work order with pictures of something affecting the garage door, you may have to search through tons and tons of photos before you find what you're looking for. Set Attachment Category based on certain keywords appearing in filename
I'd like to be able to set up automation to search for new/modified attachments with a condition of containing or not containing the character string (ex. "invoice"). Then be able to choose to change the attachment type (to "acct dept" for example).
This would benefit us because when we forward an email with an attachment, the attachment automatically gets saved to JN but not in the correct type for what we need. This would allow us to automate specific types of attachments such as invoices, purchase orders, etc.

Private Attachment option in Documents
I am following up on a previous request for the private attachment put on for Documents / contracts. We are creating customer contracts in documents that have the estimate (with all pricing) attached to the contracts. The rest of our shop workers have access to that info and that is creating problems for me.
Please add this as soon as possible. If adding the private option is not possible please let me or Jason Bartels know asap as we may need to change to a different platform to host our work.2 votesNot enough community interest.

Upload Attachment to Multiple Contacts
When uploading invoices from salesmen or subs with multiple jobs paid out it would be VERY helpful to have a way to be able to send them to all at once by selecting the contacts and hitting send once instead of having to go under each separately.
