Enable Deletion of Icons, Logos, and TXT files auto extracted from emails when we email them in
It would be great if we can filter out or allow deletion of icons, logos, and txt files automatically extracted from emails. It consumes pages of photo space and you can't readily find what you need. I fully understand disallowing attachment deletion for recordkeeping sake, but is there a way to allow deletion of .png and .txt files only? Or maybe filter by file size and if they are under a certain size AND are .png or txt, allow deletion? It would make things cleaner and more organized if this was possible. Or if we could even send screenshots and have you guys delete them or maybe our company admin only having the ability. See attached screenshot. This is consuming a whole page of photos and there are 25 photos in this job, mostly logos and icons. The .txt file arose when I sent a message to an adjuster and it bounced back. I submitted the email only to record what happened, but the txt files that I don't need were extracted and I cannot delete them. Thank you so much for your consideration and HOPEFULLY implementation of this, LOL!
