The photo upload functionality is great, but it seems kind of silly to not allow a viewer to click through photos without exiting the currently viewed photo.13 votes
We’re working on adding a better photo viewer for the mobile app and will update the web version in the future as well.
All of us at the office really hate how you are unable to move photos around when creating a document and also when selecting photos for document they are in no kind of order at all and it is hard to decipher which pictures are new or old.17 votes
The signature that is placed on our documents when they are signed through email is too simple of a typeset. It makes it look faked. Is there any way to change the font?
We use templates to send contracts to our subcontractor's. If I use the "signature" built-in field, the only option is the Job's primary contact, not the subcontractor, unless they are a paying team member, which our subcontractor's are not.37 votes
Instead of having to browse to attach a picture or scanned document, it would be nice to be able to drag and drop it into the attachment section.24 votes
We would like to have the ability to nest folders in the company documents section. The current list feature can be confusing and difficult to sort through. Also it would be great to be able to control access to individual folders, as the current option is full document access or no access at all.35 votes
When uploading a file from an outside service email provider, it would be nice to upload the file by dragging it from the email and dropping it in JN. It is time consuming to download and upload again each file. Quickbooks online has this feature for uploading files and it works great with our Google email system.16 votes
The fastest way to get an attachment from your email into JobNimbus is to forward it to your @jobnimbusmail.com email address and tag it with the contact or job # (see the Email tab in your JobNimbus settings for more details).
You can also drag and drop from a saved file on your computer, but we will look into drag and drop from email services going forward as well.
When we upload photos they get way out of order. Our inspections are done with every photo in a specific place. Can they be reordered according to image number? Or can you have them uploaded in the correct order?92 votes
A simple spreadsheet like form/table (editable columns/rows) with ability to insert dropdowns/text/checkboxes, etc in columns - so that we can create checklists for our crews and support personnel. Your table insert tool in the templates section almost does it - except we don't have full flexibility to modify/insert different functions.37 votes
I like that I can capture e-signatures. My contract also has 3 or 4 sections in it that require the customer to initial. I want to be able to do it all from my tablet, but as it stands now I still have to print the contract after they electronically sign in order to get their initials, so the electronic signature is cool, but doesn't help me if I have to print it out anyway.34 votes
Certainly something that we’ve discussed. At the moment we haven’t had too many requests for this, but I’m sure this would be a consideration for our template builder improvements in the future.
You can already upload video in the web app just like you would a photo, but you do have to download it from off the web in order to view it.
We are looking into video upload from mobile and viewing those videos from both mobile and the web.
I'd like to be able to use information gathered in forms from NaturalForms, meaning suck it back in so that info is now in JobNimbus, not just on a PDF attached to the customer in JobNimbus.
Pull in data from the information added to a naturalForms document.22 votes
Is there a plan to make it possible to edit or rotate photos in the app and/or online?
• Enhance colors19 votes
No plans yet, but certainly something we’ve considered and would certainly look into!
Be able to rotate the pictures/documents if necessary and save it without having to delete the pictures/documents and re-upload them again.23 votes
When creating documents from templates (and estimates,) each document is given a doc number. There is no way to name the document and it displays as "Document #" which hampers easy recognition of file(s.)12 votes
As we continue building out our document builder, this is definitely an option we want to add.
We’ll let you know when we’re able to get this in.
