Photos uploaded in correct sequence
When we upload photos they get way out of order. Our inspections are done with every photo in a specific place. Can they be reordered according to image number? Or can you have them uploaded in the correct order?

More Photo Organization Options (grouping, rename, reorder)
The photos in jobnimbus do seem to go in the order that they are taking. Once you have named them they get disorganized even more. I would like to be able to organize the photos the way best to tell the story.

Notifications for When Document is Digitally Signed.
An option for others besides the signees to be notified when a document is fully signed. There is a similar feature for estimates via an automation, which currently cant be created for documents.

Select multiple photos and/or attachments to download (instead of just All)
Instead of "Downloading All" you could Download just the Before Photos or Just the During Photos. Or be able to Select 10-20 Photos and Download just those photos. Right now is either one by one or all including all attachments. It would be nice to be able to separate your download by category.

Better E-Signature Support (actual signature rather than typed, multiple signatures)
The signature that is placed on our documents when they are signed through email is too simple of a typeset. It makes it look faked. Is there any way to change the font?
We use templates to send contracts to our subcontractor's. If I use the "signature" built-in field, the only option is the Job's primary contact, not the subcontractor, unless they are a paying team member, which our subcontractor's are not.

Editable form / table builder / checklist builder
A simple spreadsheet like form/table (editable columns/rows) with ability to insert dropdowns/text/checkboxes, etc in columns - so that we can create checklists for our crews and support personnel. Your table insert tool in the templates section almost does it - except we don't have full flexibility to modify/insert different functions.

Folders for Company Documents with Permissions
We would like to have the ability to nest folders in the company documents section. The current list feature can be confusing and difficult to sort through. Also it would be great to be able to control access to individual folders, as the current option is full document access or no access at all.

Initials for Contracts
I like that I can capture e-signatures. My contract also has 3 or 4 sections in it that require the customer to initial. I want to be able to do it all from my tablet, but as it stands now I still have to print the contract after they electronically sign in order to get their initials, so the electronic signature is cool, but doesn't help me if I have to print it out anyway.

Customize expiration time frame for Estimate/Document Signature Requests
I would like to be able to modify the time frame an estimate/document signature request is set to expire. I would like to make it longer than 48 hours

Please create ability to insert page break.
Page break would help. Also the ability to place pictures specifically where you need them. The template creator as a whole is very awkward and it is difficult to make a high quality document like you can within Word or Google Docs. I like many parts of Jobnimbus but the function to create document templates is very underdeveloped.

You can already upload video in the web app just like you would a photo, but you do have to download it from off the web in order to view it.
We are looking into video upload from mobile and viewing those videos from both mobile and the web.

Drag & Drop Attachments (Documents, Photos, etc)
Instead of having to browse to attach a picture or scanned document, it would be nice to be able to drag and drop it into the attachment section.

The ability to upload existing company documents into the Templates, to create a Template from
During setup, or even later, if I create a document for my company's use, and then want to make it a Template so that I can use JobNimbus functions with said document, I have to literally rebuild the document in your editor, which is time-consuming. I already spent the time to make it once, so I'd like to use it as is.
Even something simple like uploading a PDF and tagging the areas to insert short codes (not requiring editing of the text/format of the PDF) would be very helpful.

Integrate Microsoft Word for Document Template Importing
User has requested the option for importing existing word documents into Document Templates for the purpose of preserving font, layout, images, etc.
