Add Reoccurring appointments!
There should be a way to add a task to a calendar that is reoccurring. We have clients to want bi-annual maintenance appointments and being able to set a task for someone on a reoccurring basis would help a lot!

Notification of mention on photo comment should reroute us to the photo not the job
When mentioned on a photo comment we get a notifications, clicking on said notification should reroute to the photo the comment was made on instead of just the job dashboard of the job the photo is uploaded to.

Actual signature on custom documents rather than digital
Ability for an actual signature rather than a digital signature on custom documents.
Insurance companies do not accept digtial signatures as they appear to be fake.This option was available before and need it back.

Document creation/upload
Document template creation input field needs to be more complex, allow for more formating There should be an option to upload a PDF and add input fields overlaid on that PDF, instead of having to try and re-create pre-existing documents in the Document creator within JobNimbus.

Right-Click / COPY on photos
PLEASE(!) make it so I can right click on photos and get normal context options like "COPY" and "Open Image in New Tab". We use photos in multiple ways and not having the option to right-click + copy a photo is beyond frustrating.

Team Member Name Not Showing With Photo Uploads
In the previous version of JobNimbus, the name of the team member used to show next to the photos. I would expect the name to also be attached to each photo and be able to be seen when the photo is clicked on in the new version. Now I have no way of knowing who uploaded what photos in a job unless I go to the Contact page and view the photos there.

Moving Photos from Contact to Job or vise versa
In the Edit drop down provided for each photo, add a line to move the photo within the contact to a job, or from job to job, or back to contact. Currently I have to download the photo and reupload it.

Add form question answers to documents as a template field
Is there a way to add a multiple choice option to the documents. I have looked in template questions, but there is no multiple choice option. The forms support multiple choice, but i don't see a way to get that data into a document. I even tried a workaround which was pointing the form to a job field and then using the job field in the document, but you only allow 50 custom job fields.

Internal notes
Allow internal notes to be added to an estimate that has been sent for signature. I like adding notes for myself when there are multiple change order estimates and once sales sends it, I can no longer add an internal note.

Reply to Notes
For company communication, we currently edit a note and tag back and forth to discuss an issue or need on a job. It would be a lot cleaner to reply underneath a note for a dialogue between multiple employees to hash out an issue. 2 attached screenshots: one shows what we are currently doing in JN which is a pain. The second is how I'd like to see it, with date stamped replies under notes.

Please do NOT GET RID OF LEGACY ESTIMATES AS AN OPTION! I use this for certain types of customers & insurance estimates I can attach pictures to each line to reference each line item. We CANNOT do this the same in Estimates. Estimates are used best for direct retail customers.

Customer Notes in Legacy Estimates & Notes in Estimates
When an estimate is used to create an invoice, it is really important to us for all "Customer Notes" (in Legacy)/"Notes" in Estimates to automatically transfer into the "Special Instructions" in the Invoice so that I can set an automation for once the estimate is signed to auto populate and send the invoice to the customer to request a 1/2 down deposit.

Print work order pdf shortcut option
Requesting ability to print pdf work orders via a shortcut option. Currently when a work order is saved on desktop version, you have to clear out the pop up so that you can then select the 3 dots, to download a pdf to then in turn hit print. A quick shortcut would be great.

The Client-Ready PDF Makeover
I’ve got another suggestion for the Form Builder, but this one is all about the design and layout of the PDFs we’re generating. Right now, the data is all there, but the presentation feels a bit "all over the place," and frankly, sometimes it’s a little embarrassing to send to a homeowner.
The Request: Can we get a cleaner, more standardized layout for Form PDFs? Specifically, we need the "Photo" sections to stop shifting or shrinking when we add more images.

Automatically Add Forms To Documents Once Submitted
I’ve been using the Form Builder lately, and while it’s great for grabbing data in the field, there’s a manual "extra step" that’s becoming a real bottleneck for us.
The Request: Can we get an option to automatically save a submitted form as a PDF directly into the "Documents" tab of a job?
The "Why" (Real-Life Example):
Right now, it feels like double the work. My sales rep finishes a detailed inspection on-site and hits "submit." In his mind, he’s done. But then my office manager has to go into the job record, click over to the "Forms" tab, open…3 votes -
Estimate number on company page of proposal
Have the estimate number populate on the company page of the proposal so when clients with multiple jobs or estimates call in, it makes it easy for them to give the estimate number for the correct estimate they are calling about.

create a click button to leave reviews. Even a page with star that they can click on the stars and and it takes them to the google or Facebook reviews which ever the client wants.

When selecting a document to attach to an email add a column to display the internal note and description
When selecting a document to attach to an email, example, material orders, in the selection window, adding a column for internal notes or descriptions to allow quicker and better differentiation of said documents would save a ton of time.

Upload a pdf to a client file that can be sent directly to the client for their signature (like DocuSign)
Upload a pdf (ex. permit application that needs homeowners signature) to a client file that can be sent directly to the client for their signature through JobNimbus rather than having to go outside of Jobnimbus and use a third party like DocuSign.

Add only photos with notes to custom photo document.
Either a way to sort add or photos with notes to folder and then only use those photos in a custom photo document. Instead of scrolling through a hundred photos and trying to remember which ones have notes on them.
