Automatically add estimates and eagle views to the documents tab so they can be added as attachments to a independent email.
When I order an eagle view through job nimbus there is an extra step that requires me to apply the eagle view once the order is fulfilled. This also happens when I create an estimate it will sit in the estimate section of the job but not be applied to the documents. Be very nice if both of these items were automatically put into the document section so they can be attached to an independent email created.

Custom Reports
JobNimbus needs to have the functionality to create custom reports. As an admin, I need to be able to run a report that shows each customer, job status, any work or material orders created and their status, invoice balance, date of last update and by whom. Currently I have to run several individual reports to get this information. I understand having separate reports pull from its designated section within the software, but there should be an option for a report to pull any data from within a single job. This is VERY important for administrative reporting.

Make photos on a work order clickable!
Please make it so you can click/enlarge a photo uploaded to a work order on desktop! I can do it on the mobile version of a work order, but not the desktop, and the photos on the work order don't have good enough resolution/detail.

Insert template field for most recent payment for a job, or pulling a payment reference number.
There is no insert template field currently in templates to insert the most recent payment on a job.

Make Template Creation and Editing Easier for a More Efficient Experience
It would be very helpful if the platform offered more flexibility and features for creating and editing templates, both for documents and emails.
Currently, we feel the need to customize templates more easily, including:
Direct table editing (size, alignment, margins);Easy insertion and adjustment of images;
Ability to create more creative and visually appealing documents;
Access to more editing tools, such as fonts, layouts, and styles.
These improvements would help make the process faster, more functional, and visually attractive — especially for documents that need to be signed by clients or sent via email.

Submit Forms on Web, not just on Mobile
We would like the ability to submit Forms through the Web in addition to the mobile app, as we are at a computer more often than we are out in the field.

Mandatory Forms
I would like the ability to not only attach specific forms to jobs or work orders to ensure they are completed by technicians, but also have the ability to make them mandatory to fill out before marking the work complete. This would be helpful especially with ensuring safety forms are completed for every site for example.

When email estimates, or any correspondence within JN-should auto remember previous copied emails
When emailing to customer or prospect, the software should remember commonly used emails when copying others within the email addresses, instead every single time we must type out each others emails for whom you want to copy....ridiculously outdated.

Please raise the document size limit substantially.
Currently set at 100 MB, and we regularly get plans set over 150MB and sometimes over 200MB

Product Selection Section on Authorization page
Customizable Product Selection Area on the authorization page of estimate for shingle colors, metal colors and any other similar choices.

Ability to Delete Products and Services
The products and services list is completely cluttered with duplicates of products and services that are hidden but then we have to name the new one something different because it already exists.

Flow chart options for Forms
It would be helpful for forms to have a flowchart function. For example, depending on the multiple choice answer provided (Q. what is the roof type? A1: Shingles, A2: Standing Seam), you are led to complete different form fills past that point.

Material order USE OUR PO not JN material order number
Please allow us to use a different field for the Material Order number on the Template or allow us to hide YOUR material order number, so we can feature our JOB PO which for us is our display name. Those numbers mean nothing to us the way we use Nimbus and our suppliers especially Beacon and its new AI only pickup on your number not the one we have added in large letters and bolded. PLEASE.

Albums for Photos
Create more options for sorting, dividing, and saving photos. Albums would be the best thing - we do a lot of work that requires that we take photos for specific rooms in a building or sides of a building or we want to share an album with a customer. The room separation is really important because we do mitigation work.
Besides that having a ton of photos and documents without some folder separation makes them hard to sift through.10 votes
