Being able to filter the search bar to only be able to search contacts and jobs. When searching for a certain job/contact multiple documents, photos, ect pull at the same time.

When searching for clients, you can use the phone number, email, or name. You can never search by the Claim number. When adjusters call, they sometimes only refer to the claim number and not the insureds name. It would make it easier to type that in and find who they are calling about. Or when an email comes through and there is no name in that email, just the claim #.

I would like to be able to search for contacts/jobs based on the City. Currently, I can search for anything in the Address Line 1, but not the City name unless I include it in that first line.

I know it's not what you are looking for, but a workaround is that when you store a document anything you type in the description box is searchable. so if you upload insurance paperwork and make it a rule to enter the claim number in the box then that claim number is searchable.

I need to make all fields in the contact searchable: Claim number, Adjuster name, Insurance company, etc.

Sort archived jobs and contacts to the bottom when using the search bar.

Custom fields I create for jobs and contacts are Carrier, Claim #, Policy #, and Date of Loss. A lot of times the only information I get in an email, text or VM is referencing a claim #. Right now I can't type in a claim # into the search bar and find what client its referencing. This is a critical adjustment that needs to be made.

This is a basic feature that should available. I don't understand why it isn't working yet if users have been asking for years apparently???

I would really like to be able to search by claim number as insurance companies are sometimes only willing to provide that information.

Perhaps in a more global comment, none of the user added fields are searchable. The great advantage about being able to add your own fields is somewhat dulled when they remain static and unsearchable.

Definitely need a filter option on the main search. The more we use Job Nimbus the more info we have stored in here and the harder it is to search for anything. I don't want to search through all of the jobs and tasks with a keyword in it when I am looking for a contact and vice versa when I am specifically looking for job name or task. And the custom field is still very much needed to be added in the items searched. It's becoming cumbersome to navigate.

It would be so very helpful to have a searchable field dedicated to Insurance Claim # (We receive a myriad of calls from Insurance Companies, who only leave the claim # when they call and leave voice mail messages. Would help tremendously to be able to search by the claim # so we can locate a file much more quickly :-) Thank you!

I don't understand why you would be able to search by zip code and not city?
