Good news! We are planning to improve this functionality in an upcoming release. Phone numbers (and other contact information) from the related Contacts will be displayed prominently on the Job view screen. This will mean you no longer have to click into the Contact from the Job to find the phone number or email address.
We expect this update to release in the next 30 days.
An error occurred while saving the comment I agree, but still need the contacts created in case we ever want to mass email or mass bulk mail etc... It would be great to "check a box" called "Create a contact" and it pull form the few fields in the job to do this! :-) TY! :-)

or it might be prudent to create the task (appointment) first, then JN can create the contact and job from this info?
