Manually Enter Contact Numbers
The ability to assign contact numbers manually.

Broken Automation Warning

"Contact Fields" and "Insert Template Field" Combined
When you create an email template (especially for automation) you can easily select and insert a template field that populates information into the email (i.e. customer name, address, ect.). Part of the selection is "Contact Others" where you can select "Approved Invoices-Balance Due." This populates the amount due in the email, which is very useful. If you made it so that we could have the same option to use "Insert Template Field" when customizing the Contact Fields, we could do many things, including have the Balance Due right at the top of the contact.

In JOB: Work Order tab to create report, to add custom columns, to have ALL Main Tabs as shortcut within the WO
In Work Order tab:
To customize the columns (trying to keep the same start date, which is the only one showing, but using the end date to reflect the progress (using the status changes, e. g. Start status: 7/1, In-Progress status: 7/3, Completed status: 7/5) therefore we can use the Start & End dates to create Gantt chart.
To have the feature to download the work orders as csv. file to have a custom report per Contact or Job.
Once editing and saving a WO, the page will go to the section within the WO itself, there is no way…

Merge lead sources
I would like to be able to merge lead sources that are similar. We have several "duplicates" and would like to just merge them for better reporting

Status change stamps
I would like the job to be "stamped" with a date when the status was changed so that it would be easy to see how long the job was in each status. Also be able to pull a report and see the breakdown or average on how long a job is in each status.

3rd tier of Customer/jobs
We Do work for several builders that have PM's. We need to have a 3rd tier of jobs: Customer>Job (PM name)>Job Quickbooks supports this however JN does not. This makes it impossible for us to use JN for some builders because of this. We need the 3rd tier for sending invoices to the PM related to the job.

Contact information showing display name instead of true contact
When creating an estimate, previously the "First and Last name" was used. Now the Display name is used. Can this be changed back to show the clients true information instead of a nick name?

Assigning a New Contact
I would love to be able to customize what is included in the email to the assigned sales rep when they get this notification from Job Nimbus. We currently utilize the notes section for important information and it would be really nice if I could have this note appear in the initial email to the sales rep.

Multiple (automatic) Default Assignee when creating a contact/job
When you create a Contact or Job the Default assignee is the user. If you want to add more than one assignee, you have to manually do so. Logo would like it to automatically have that section add more than one default user.

"Related contact" vs "add contact" in jobs
Ability to add a "related contact" to a job without having to "edit" the job instead of "add contact" (which doesn't even attach to the job) that is currently an option under the 3 dots in jobs.

Built in field for inspection date and time
We'd like to have a field for inspections, where we can add a date and time that shows up on the inspector's calendar. Feel free to call me to discuss this idea.

Create New Job under existing Customer via Email
Similar to how you can send an email to JobNimbus today to add things to an a job. I would like to be able to include in my subject line something like [Customer#1234,Job#NEW] and a new job be create under that customer. I would need to have a created field template or required sync edit to make sure all my required or unique fields are populated but it would save time when I am getting estimates request or repeat work from the same customer.
