We have third party departments who work within our CRM, however we are only wanting them to see contact information not edit or delete it. There should be an option on the access profile permissions to only allow them to see contacts, upload documents/photos, add notes without being able to change the status or edit the contact information. It would be even more helpful if they were able to add dates/input information in the customized contact fields without changing the standard contact fields (like name, address, phone number)5 votes
I'd like to treat the Contacts more like a standard CRM that we can filter, then bulk edit rather than having to create a report to bulk edit that will end up being removed immediately after anyway.3 votes
The option to change text or add headers to contact information for custom fields so they are broken up a bit.2 votes
Disable the ENTER key from being the same as SAVE. I'd like to be able to use EITHER the Tab key OR Enter key when moving through the form
I'd like to be able to use EITHER the Tab key OR Enter key when moving through the form. Currently, when I hit Enter it CLOSES THE EDIT AND GOES BACK TO CONTACT PAGE.1 vote
It would be very convenient if work orders assigned to subcontractors would appear in the work order tab on their contact page! It seems like the program used to do this, but doesn't anymore.8 votes
Have bulk (batch, mass) update and edit capabilities for contacts, jobs, etc.
- Assign, un-assign, reassign team members
- Change status of several items at once
- Mark multiple tasks as complete
Self explanatory. Going through cdv?14 votes
Update: You can almost always export your contacts from contact apps, even Mac contacts syncing with iPhone, etc into a CSV which you can then import into JobNimbus.
We will continue to move towards these other contact import options going forward.
We’re planning to add them new fangled contact import integrations (Apple/iCloud, Google, etc.) in the future.
I’ll let you know as we get closer, but we don’t have a date to announce at this time.
